Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

. A slurry comprising ascr #7 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and/or prodrug thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

. The slurry of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable excipient is selected from sucralose, syrup, honey, applesauce, and topical adherent, or a mixture thereof.

. The slurry of claim 2 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable excipient is sucralose.

. The slurry of claim 1 , wherein the slurry further comprises an agent with an anti-inflammatory effect.

. The slurry of claim 4 , wherein the agent with an anti-inflammatory effect is a corticosteroid.

. The slurry of claim 5 , wherein the corticosteroid is selected from aldosterone, betamethasone, budesonide, corticosterone, cortisol, cortisone, dexamethasone, fluticasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, prednisolone, and prednisone.

. The slurry of claim 4 , wherein the agent with an anti-inflammatory effect is a proton pump inhibitor.

. The slurry of claim 7 , wherein the proton pump inhibitor is selected from dexlansoprazole, esomeprazole, ilaprazole, lansoprazole, omeprazole, pantoprazole, and rabeprazole.

. The slurry of claim 1 , wherein the slurry further comprises losartan.

. The slurry of claim 4 , wherein the slurry further comprises losartan.

. The slurry of claim 1 , comprising ascr #7 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

. The slurry of claim 11 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable excipient is selected from sucralose, syrup, honey, applesauce, and topical adherent, or a mixture thereof.

. The slurry of claim 12 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable excipient is sucralose.

. The slurry of claim 11 , wherein the slurry further comprises an agent with an anti-inflammatory effect.

. The slurry of claim 14 , wherein the agent with an anti-inflammatory effect is a corticosteroid.

. The slurry of claim 15 , wherein the corticosteroid is selected from aldosterone, betamethasone, budesonide, corticosterone, cortisol, cortisone, dexamethasone, fluticasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, prednisolone, and prednisone.

. The slurry of claim 14 , wherein the agent with an anti-inflammatory effect is a proton pump inhibitor.

. The slurry of claim 17 , wherein the proton pump inhibitor is selected from dexlansoprazole, esomeprazole, ilaprazole, lansoprazole, omeprazole, pantoprazole, and rabeprazole.

. The slurry of claim 11 , wherein the slurry further comprises losartan.

. The slurry of claim 14 , wherein the slurry further comprises losartan.
