Abstract

This disclosure provides cancer cell lysing agent, formulations comprising cancer cell lysing agent, and methods of using the same for treating cancer.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a cancer cell lysing agent and a Toll-like receptors (TLR) agonist, wherein the cancer cell lysing agent is selected from chemotherapy drug, cell lysing detergent and antibody against tumor cell surface antigen.

2 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the Toll-like receptors (TLR) agonist is CpG, poly IC, imiquimod, or a mixture thereof.

3 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the tumor cell surface antigen is selected from EGFR, HER2 and EpCAM.

4 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the chemotherapy drug is selected from alkylating agent and anti-microtubule agent.

5 . A method of inhibiting tumor growth, comprising administering to a patient via intratumoral injection a composition containing therapeutically effective amount of cancer cell lysing agent and Toll-like receptors (TLR) agonist.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the Toll-like receptors (TLR) agonist is CpG, poly IC, imiquimod, or a mixture thereof.

7 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer cell lysing agent is selected from cell surface anchoring antigen conjugate, chemotherapy drug, cell lysing detergent and antibody against tumor cell surface antigen.

8 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer cell lysing agent is antibody against tumor antigen EGFR, HER2 or EpCAM.

9 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the cancer cell lysing agent is alkylating agent or anti-microtubule agent.
