Pharmaceutical Combinations

Abstract

Provided herein are pharmaceutical combinations comprising (a) a B-Raf inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) at least one mitogen activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (c) an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and optionally at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; methods for preparing the pharmaceutical combinations, and the uses of the pharmaceutical combinations in the treatment of proliferative diseases, such as cancer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method of treating a proliferative disease, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a combination therapy comprising therapeutically effective amounts, independently, of:
 (a) a BRAF inhibitor which is methyl N-[(2S)-1-({4-[3-(5-chloro-2-fluoro-3-methanesulfonamidophenyl)-1-(propan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]pyrimidin-2-yl}amino)propan-2-yl]carbamate (COMPOUND A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,   (b) at least one MEK inhibitor (COMPOUND B) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and   (c) an anti-EGFR antibody (COMPOUND C).
