Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWe claim:
1 . A user device of a user, comprising a cellular phone programmed to:
communicate with a second device, wherein the second device comprises a terminal, wherein the terminal is initially remote from the user device, wherein the terminal is configured to communicate with one or more institutions, wherein the communication comprises two-way communication, wherein two-way communication comprises communication between and/or among the institution, at least one other institution, and/or either or both of the user and second devices, wherein the cellular phone is programmed to send and receive information regarding a communication between the user and second device, wherein the communication relates to an exchange involving the user of the user device.
2 . The user device comprising a cellular phone according to claim 1 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to send and receive information at the same time.
3 . The user device comprising a cellular phone according to claim 1 , wherein the cellular phone is sized to fit in the pocket of a user.
4 . The user device comprising a cellular phone according to claim 1 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to interface with an acquirer system, and the acquirer system is the second device.
5 . The user device comprising a cellular phone according to claim 1 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to store data.
6 . The user device comprising a cellular phone according to claim 4 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to interface with an acquirer system, and the acquirer system is separate from the second device.
7 . A method of using a programmed cellular phone, comprising:
programming the cellular phone to communicate with a second device, wherein the second device comprises a terminal, locating the terminal, initially, remote from the cellular phone, wherein the terminal is configured to communicate with one or more institutions, wherein the communication comprises two-way communication, wherein two-way communication comprises communication between and/or among the institution, at least one other institution, and/or either or both of the phone and second device, and programming the cellular phone to send and receive information regarding a communication between the first and second device, wherein the communication relates to an exchange involving the user of the first device.
8 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to send and receive information at the same time.
9 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the cellular phone is sized to fit in the pocket of a user.
10 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to interface with an acquirer system, and the acquirer system is the second device.
11 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein the cellular phone is programmed to store data.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
