Platform and method for tokenization of corporate data

Abstract

A system, method, device, and data platform for obtaining corporate data associated with one or more corporations. The corporate data is received by a data platform. The corporate data is segmented and tokenized into one or more tokens. The corporate data is valued. Potential monetization strategies are determined and options and recommendations for data value or token valuation are established, data value is calculated, marketed, and solicited for the improved monetization of corporate data. The monetization strategies are presented to one or more corporations, consumers, or other 3rd parties.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for managing corporate data utilizing tokens, comprising:
 obtaining corporate data associated with one or more corporations, the corporate data is received by a data platform;   automatically tokenizing the corporate data into one or more tokens;   valuing the corporate data;   determining potential monetization strategies for the corporate data; and   presenting the monetization strategies to the one or more corporations.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more tokens are blockchain tokens, and wherein the one or more tokens and associated corporate data are saved in a digital ledger. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein obtaining corporate data includes receiving the corporate data from a plurality of electronic sources associated with the data platform by the one or more corporations. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 analyzing the corporate data to determine at least types of data and amounts of data included within the corporate data.   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the corporate data is valued utilizing similar data available through other corporations. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein a token is created for each unique data set associated with the corporate data. 
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the monetization strategies include at least selling the corporate data, leasing the corporate data, and providing the corporate data without identifying information regarding individuals or corporations. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 creating a smart contract controlling utilization of the corporate data if and when monetized.   
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 generating each of the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data.   
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 advertising the corporate data to authorized parties; and   performing transactions for the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data.   
     
     
         11 . A system for managing corporate data, comprising:
 a plurality of electronic devices executing a data application, the data application is configured to capture the user data associated with a user; and   a data platform accessible by the plurality of electronic devices executing the data application through one or more networks, wherein the data platform obtains corporate data associated with one or more corporations, tokenizes the corporate data into one or more tokens, values the corporate data, determine potential monetization strategies for the corporate data, and presents the monetization strategies to the one or more corporations.   
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the data platform analyzes the corporate data to determine at least types of data and amounts of data included within the corporate data to value the corporate data and present monetization strategies. 
     
     
         13 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the one or more tokens are blockchain tokens, and wherein the one or more tokens and associated corporate data are saved in a digital ledger. 
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the data platform further generates each of the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data, advertise the corporate data to authorized parties, and perform transactions for the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data. 
     
     
         15 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the monetization strategies include at least selling the corporate data, leasing the corporate data, and providing the corporate data without identifying information regarding individuals or corporations, wherein one or more smart contracts govern how the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data are utilized. 
     
     
         16 . A data platform, comprising:
 a processor for executing a set of instructions;   a memory for storing the set of instructions, wherein the set of instructions are executed to:   obtain corporate data associated with one or more corporations, the corporate data is received by a data platform, tokenize the corporate data into one or more tokens,   value the corporate data, determine potential monetization strategies for the corporate data, and present the monetization strategies to the one or more corporations.   
     
     
         17 . The data platform of  claim 16 , wherein the set of instructions are further executed to:
 analyze the corporate data to determine at least types of data and amounts of data included within the corporate data to value the corporate data and present monetization strategies.   
     
     
         18 . The data platform of  claim 16 , wherein the one or more tokens are blockchain tokens, and wherein the one or more tokens and associated corporate data are saved in a digital ledger. 
     
     
         19 . The data platform of  claim 16 , wherein the set of instructions generate each of the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data, advertise the corporate data to authorized parties, and perform transactions for the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data. 
     
     
         20 . The data platform of  claim 16 , wherein the set of instructions are further executed to: 
 advertise the corporate data to authorized parties; and   perform transactions for the one or more tokens associated with the corporate data.
