         21 . The pharmaceutical composition of  claim 19  wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 300 μg. 
     
     
         22 . The pharmaceutical composition of  claim 19  wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 200 μg. 
     
     
         23 . The pharmaceutical composition of  claim 19  wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 100 μg. 
     
     
         24 . A method of treating a desmoid tumor comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to  claim 19 . 
     
     
         25 . A method of treating a desmoid tumor comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to  claim 21 . 
     
     
         26 . A method of treating multiple myeloma comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to  claim 19 .
