Abstract

A system and method for executing a record within an immutable sequential data structure, the system including a computing device, the computing device configured to transmit a communication to a remote device, receive a remark from the remote device, retrieve an input related to a user, wherein the input is stored as an encrypted proof-linked assertion on at least an immutable sequential data structure for authorized party access, generate a record as a function of the input, transmit the record to the remote device, and store an executed record within the at least an immutable sequential data structure.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A system for executing a record within an immutable sequential data structure, the system comprising:
 a computing device, the computing device configured to:
 transmit a communication to a remote device; 
 receive a remark from the remote device; 
 retrieve an input related to a user, wherein the input is stored as an encrypted proof-linked assertion on at least an immutable sequential data structure for authorized party access; 
 generate a record as a function of the input; 
 transmit the record to the remote device; and 
 store an executed record within the at least an immutable sequential data structure. 
   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein transmitting the communication comprises transmitting the communication to a sponsor. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the communication comprises a requested treatment. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the remark comprises a request for the input. 
     
     
         5 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein retrieving the input comprises utilizing a language processing module to parse the input and identify protected data and non-protected data contained within the input. 
     
     
         6 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein generating the record comprises generating a machine-learning model using federated learning. 
     
     
         7 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein generating the record comprises utilizing a domain-specific language. 
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein transmitting the record comprises transmitting the record to a sponsor. 
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the computing device is further configured to receive a decision related to the communication. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 9 , wherein receiving the decision comprises receiving the decision through the executed record. 
     
     
         11 . A method for executing a record within an immutable sequential data structure, the method comprising:
 transmitting, by a computing device, a communication to a remote device;   receiving, by the computing device, a remark from the remote device;   retrieving, by the computing device, an input related to a user, wherein the input is stored as an encrypted proof—
 linked assertion on at least an immutable sequential data structure for authorized party access; 
   generating, by the computing device, a record as a function of the input;   transmitting, by the computing device, the record to the remote device; and   storing, by the computing device, an executed record within the at least an immutable sequential data structure.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein transmitting the communication comprises transmitting the communication to a sponsor. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the communication comprises a requested treatment. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the remark comprises a request for the input. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein retrieving the input comprises utilizing a language processing module to parse the input and identify protected data and non-protected data contained within the input. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein generating the record comprises generating a machine-learning model using federated learning.

         19 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein transmitting the record to the remote device further comprises the computing device receiving a decision related to the communication. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 19 , wherein receiving the decision comprises receiving the decision through the executed record.
