Smart code module of a digital asset-based interaction system

Abstract

A method includes scanning, by a smart code module of a digital asset-based interaction interface of an asset management unit of a computing entity of a digital asset-based interaction system, a scannable code regarding a digital asset-based interaction. The digital asset-based interaction involves the computing entity providing a first amount of digital assets and a second computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system accepting a second amount of desired assets. The method further includes parsing, by a code parser of the smart code module, the scannable code to determine code information, analyzing, by an asset management unit select module of the smart code module, the code information to determine an asset management unit for processing the digital asset-based interaction, and when the determined asset management unit is not the asset management unit, forwarding, by the smart code module, the code information to the determined asset management unit.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method comprises:
 scanning, by a smart code module of a digital asset-based interaction interface of an asset management unit of a computing entity of a digital asset-based interaction system, a scannable code regarding a digital asset-based interaction, wherein the digital asset-based interaction involves the computing entity providing a first amount of digital assets and a second computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system accepting a second amount of desired assets, and wherein the digital asset-based interaction interface is associated with a digital asset-based interaction computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system;   parsing, by a code parser of the smart code module, the scannable code to determine code information;   analyzing, by an asset management unit select module of the smart code module, the code information to determine an asset management unit for processing the digital asset-based interaction; and   when the determined asset management unit is not the asset management unit:
 forwarding, by the smart code module, the code information to the determined asset management unit. 
   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1  further comprises:
 when the determined asset management unit is the asset management unit:
 connecting, by the digital asset-based interaction interface, to the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, wherein the digital asset-based interaction computing entity facilitates the digital asset-based interaction. 
 
 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the code information includes one or more of:
 a type of the scannable code;   an asset management unit identifier; and   digital asset-based interaction information.   
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1  further comprises:
 determining, by the asset management unit select module, whether the determined asset management unit is available; and 
 when the determined asset management unit is not available:
 sending, by the smart code module, an error message to a user of the computing entity. 
 
 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1  further comprises:
 when the digital asset-based interaction is complete:
 reopening, by the smart code module, the asset management unit. 
 
 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the forwarding the code information to the determined asset management unit further comprises:
 automatically opening, by the smart code module, the determined asset management unit.   
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the forwarding the code information to the determined asset management unit further comprises:
 presenting, by the smart code module, a message to a user of the computing entity, wherein the message presents an option to open the determined asset management unit.   
     
     
         8 . An asset management unit of a computing entity of a digital asset-based interaction system, wherein the asset management unit comprises:
 a digital asset-based interaction interface associated with a digital asset-based interaction computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system, wherein the digital asset-based interaction interface includes a smart code module, wherein the smart code module includes:
 a code capture module operable to scan a scannable code regarding a digital asset-based interaction, wherein the digital asset-based interaction involves the computing entity providing a first amount of digital assets and a second computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system accepting a second amount of desired assets; 
 a code parser operable to parse the scannable code to determine code information; 
 an asset management unit select module operable to:
 analyze the code information to determine an asset management unit for processing the digital asset-based interaction; and 
 when the determined asset management unit is not the asset management unit:
 forward the code information to the determined asset management unit. 
 
 
   
     
     
         9 . The asset management unit of  claim 8  further comprises:
 an interaction module, wherein when the determined asset management unit is the asset management unit, the interaction module is operable to connect to the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, wherein the digital asset-based interaction computing entity facilitates the digital asset-based interaction. 
 
     
     
         10 . The asset management unit of  claim 8 , wherein the code information includes one or more of:
 a type of the scannable code;   an asset management unit identifier; and   digital asset-based interaction information.   
     
     
         11 . The asset management unit of  claim 8 , wherein the asset management unit select module is further operable to:
 determine whether the determined asset management unit is available; and   when the determined asset management unit is not available:
 send an error message to a user of the computing entity. 
   
     
     
         12 . The asset management unit of  claim 8 , wherein the smart code module is operable to:
 when the digital asset-based interaction is complete:
 reopen the asset management unit. 
   
     
     
         13 . The asset management unit of  claim 8 , wherein the asset management unit select module is further operable to:
 automatically open the determined asset management unit.   
     
     
         14 . The asset management unit of  claim 8 , wherein the asset management unit select module is further operable to:
 present a message to a user of the computing entity, wherein the message presents an option to open the determined asset management unit.
