Information processing method, information processing device, and information processing system
Abstract
An information processing system includes a server, a client, and a tag reader. The server and the client are connected via a network. The tag reader includes: a reading unit that reads an endoscope ID assigned to a single-use endoscope; and a transmitting unit that transmits the endoscope ID read by the reading unit to the client. The client includes: a receiving unit that receives the endoscope ID transmitted from the transmitting unit; and a use information transmitting unit that transmits use information on the endoscope based on the endoscope ID received by the receiving unit. The server includes a use information acquisition unit that acquires the use information transmitted from the use information transmitting unit.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An information processing system comprising: a server; a client; and a tag reader, wherein
the server and the client are connected via a network, the tag reader includes: a reading unit that reads an endoscope ID assigned to a single-use endoscope; and a transmitting unit that transmits the endoscope ID read by the reading unit to the client, the client includes: a receiving unit that receives the endoscope ID transmitted from the transmitting unit; and a use information transmitting unit that transmits use information on the endoscope based on the endoscope ID received by the receiving unit, and the server includes a use information acquisition unit that acquires the use information transmitted from the use information transmitting unit.
2 . The information processing system according to claim 1 , wherein
the server further includes a delivery instruction output unit, and when the use information acquisition unit acquires the use information, the delivery instruction output unit outputs a delivery instruction for delivering a non-used replaceable endoscope to a medical institution.
3 . The information processing system according to claim 1 , wherein the endoscope ID is recorded on a tag attached to a housing container that individually houses the endoscope.
4 . The information processing system according to claim 2 , wherein
the server further includes a period-lapse determination unit, the period-lapse determination unit determines whether or not there is a non-collected endoscope which passed a predetermined period from a sterilization date in the medical institution, and in a case where the period-lapse determination unit determines that there is a non-collected endoscope which passed the predetermined period from the sterilization date in the medical institution, the delivery instruction output unit outputs a delivery instruction for delivering a non-used replaceable endoscope to the medical institution.
5 . The information processing system according to claim 1 , wherein
the client further includes a usability determination unit, and the usability determination unit determines whether or not the endoscope can be used based on the endoscope ID.
6 . The information processing system according to claim 5 , wherein in a case where the usability determination unit determines that the endoscope cannot be used, the system is configured to prevent signals to be connected between the endoscope and an endoscope processor connected to the endoscope.
7 . The information processing system according to claim 5 , wherein a color of a back light of an operation panel of an endoscope processor connected to the endoscope is switched according to a determination result by the usability determination unit.
8 . The information processing system according to claim 7 , wherein the operation panel is a touch panel.
9 . The information processing system according to claim 5 , wherein a back light of an input button in an operation panel of an endoscope processor connected to the endoscope is switched between on and off according to a determination result by the usability determination unit.
10 . The information processing system according to claim 9 , wherein the operation panel is a touch panel.
11 . The information processing system according to claim 9 , wherein the input button is formed of a physical switch.
12 . The information processing system according to claim 1 , wherein
the client further includes an administrator determination unit, and the administrator determination unit determines, when the reading unit reads a health-care personnel ID, whether or not the health-care personnel ID matches an administrator ID.
13 . The information processing system according to claim 12 , wherein in a case where the administrator determination unit determines that the health-care personnel ID matches the administrator ID, an operation screen for an administrator is displayed on an operation panel of an endoscope processor connected to the endoscope.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
