Abstract
An electrical device includes a housing, at least one adapter interface to enable one or more battery packs to be detachably mounted to the electrical device, a control module, and a communication module including a wireless communication module and a storage module. The storage module is used for storing an upgrade file from an external device. The upgrade file includes an upgrade program to update the program of the control module. The communication module is configured to receive the upgrade file from the external device through a wireless communication module, store the upgrade file in the storage module, and send the upgrade file to the control module to update the program of the control module if preset conditions are met.

a power tool; a battery pack configured to supply power to the power tool and configured to collect and store a data of the power tool; and a charger having a wireless communication module, wherein the battery pack is configured to transmit the data of the power tool to the charger when the battery pack is mounted to the charger, and the wireless communication module is configured to transmit the data of the power tool to an external device.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the external device comprises a remote server having data processing and analysis functions.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the external device comprises a mobile terminal device having data transmitting and receiving functions.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the battery pack comprises a first battery pack terminal and a second battery pack terminal.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the battery pack has a normal operation mode and a data transmission mode; in the normal operation mode, the first battery pack terminal is configured to transmit a first type of data for normal operation; and in the data transmission mode, the second battery pack terminal transmits a second type of data for data analysis.
6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the battery pack comprises a battery pack controller, the battery pack controller is configured to switch the battery pack to the data transmission mode after the normal operation mode ends.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the battery pack is further configured to transmit data of the battery pack to the charger when the battery pack is mounted to the charger, and the wireless communication module is further configured to transmit the data of the battery pack to the external device.
8 . A system, comprising:
a power tool; a battery pack for powering the power tool, the battery pack configured to collect data of the power tool via a battery pack terminal; and a charger for charging the battery pack, the charger having a wireless communication module, wherein the battery pack is configured to transmit the data of the power tool to the charger when the battery pack is mounted to the charger.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the data of the power tool comprises history data or statistical data.
10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the wireless communication module is configured to transmit the data of the power tool to an external device.
11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the battery pack is further configured to transmit data of the battery pack to the charger when the battery pack is mounted to the charger, and the wireless communication module is further configured to transmit the data of the battery pack and data of the charger to the external device.
12 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the external device comprises a remote server having data processing and analysis functions.
13 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the battery pack comprises a battery pack memory configured to store the data of the battery pack and the data of the power tool.
14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the power tool does not have a wireless communication module.
15 . A system, comprising:
a power tool; a battery pack configured to be interfaced with the power tool, the battery pack configured to store data of the power tool in a battery pack memory; and a portable power supply device having a wireless communication module, wherein the battery pack is configured to transmit the data of the power tool stored in the battery pack memory to the portable power supply device when the battery pack is removed from the power tool and is interfaced with the portable power supply device.
16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the battery pack comprises a first battery pack terminal and a second battery pack terminal.
17 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the battery pack has a normal operation mode and a data transmission mode; in the normal operation mode, the first battery pack terminal is configured to transmit a first type of data for normal operation; and in the data transmission mode, the second battery pack terminal transmits a second type of data for data analysis.
18 . The system of claim 17 , wherein the second type of data of the power tool comprises history data or statistical data.
19 . The system of claim 18 , wherein the battery pack is configured to store the second type of data of the power tool in the battery pack memory.
