Abstract
A method includes storing, by a digital asset-based interaction computing entity of a digital asset-based interaction system, a set of second computing entity interaction preferences pertaining to digital asset-based interactions involving a second computing entity. The method further includes obtaining first and second computing entity real-time information from one or more of a first computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system and the second computing entity. The digital asset-based interaction involves the first computing entity providing an amount of digital assets and the second computing entity accepting desired assets in a desired asset format. The method further includes facilitating the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the first and second computing entity real-time information, the set of second computing entity interaction preferences, a real-time digital asset-based interaction process, and a nonreal-time digital asset-based interaction process.

1 . A method comprises:
storing, by a digital asset-based interaction computing entity of a digital asset-based interaction system, a set of second computing entity interaction preferences pertaining to digital asset-based interactions involving a second computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system, wherein the set of second computing entity interaction preferences include one or more of: settlement timing preferences, deposit amount preferences, desired asset distribution preferences, and code preferences; obtaining, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, first and second computing entity real-time information from one or more of a first computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system and the second computing entity, wherein the first and second computing entity real-time information pertains to a digital asset-based interaction between the first and second computing entity, and wherein the digital asset-based interaction involves the first computing entity providing an amount of digital assets and the second computing entity accepting desired assets in a desired asset format; and facilitating, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the first and second computing entity real-time information, the set of second computing entity interaction preferences, a real-time digital asset-based interaction process, and a nonreal-time digital asset-based interaction process.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the facilitating the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the real-time digital asset-based interaction process comprises:
obtaining, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the amount of the digital assets from the first computing entity; exchanging, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the amount of the digital assets for an amount of the desired assets, wherein the amount of the digital assets is substantially equal to the amount of the desired assets; and providing, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the amount of the desired assets to the second computing entity in accordance with the set of second computing entity interaction preferences.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the facilitating the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the nonreal-time digital asset-based interaction process comprises:
locking, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, an amount of system digital assets to back the amount of the digital assets; implementing, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, a nonreal-time verification process associated with the digital assets to verify the amount of the digital assets; when the amount of the digital assets is verified by the nonreal-time verification process:
unlocking, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the amount of the system digital assets; and
when the amount of the digital assets is not verified by the nonreal-time verification process:
consuming, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the amount of the system digital assets.
4 . The method of claim 3 further comprises:
when the amount of system digital assets is locked:
locking, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, a rate quote for exchanging the amount of the digital assets to the amount of the desired assets during the digital asset-based interaction.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first and second computing entity real-time information includes one or more of:
loyalty information; user account information; metadata; personal information; authentication information; a first computing entity identifier (ID); a second computing entity identifier (ID); one or more items involved in the digital asset-based interaction; an amount of the digital asset-based interaction; a type of digital asset-based interaction; the desired asset format; a type of the digital assets; and the amount of the digital assets.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the obtaining the first and second computing entity real-time information comprises:
obtaining, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the first computing entity real-time information via a digital asset-based interaction interface of the first computing entity; accessing, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the set of second computing entity interaction preferences; generating, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, a scannable code in accordance with the set of second computing entity interaction preferences; and providing, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the scannable code to the first computing entity, wherein the first computing entity is operable to display the scannable code to the second computing entity, and wherein when the second computing entity scans the scannable code, the second computing entity is operable to send the second computing entity real-time information to the digital asset-based interaction computing entity.
7 . A digital asset-based interaction computing entity of a digital asset-based interaction system, the digital asset-based interaction computing entity comprises:
an interface; memory operable to store a set of second computing entity interaction preferences pertaining to digital asset-based interactions involving a second computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system, wherein the set of second computing entity interaction preferences include one or more of: settlement timing preferences, deposit amount preferences, desired asset distribution preferences, and code preferences; and a processing module operably coupled to the memory and the interface, wherein the processing module is operable to:
obtain first and second computing entity real-time information from one or more of a first computing entity of the digital asset-based interaction system and the second computing entity, wherein the first and second computing entity real-time information pertains to a digital asset-based interaction between the first and second computing entity, and wherein the digital asset-based interaction involves the first computing entity providing an amount of digital assets and the second computing entity accepting desired assets in a desired asset format; and
facilitate the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the first and second computing entity real-time information, the set of second computing entity interaction preferences, a real-time digital asset-based interaction process, and a nonreal-time digital asset-based interaction process.
8 . The digital asset-based interaction computing entity of claim 7 , wherein the processing module is operable to facilitate the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the real-time digital asset-based interaction process by:
obtaining the amount of the digital assets from the first computing entity; exchanging the amount of the digital assets for an amount of the desired assets, wherein the amount of the digital assets is substantially equal to the amount of the desired assets; and providing the amount of the desired assets to the second computing entity in accordance with the set of second computing entity interaction preferences.
9 . The digital asset-based interaction computing entity of claim 8 , wherein the processing module is operable to facilitate the digital asset-based interaction in accordance with the nonreal-time digital asset-based interaction process by:
locking an amount of system digital assets to back the amount of the digital assets; implementing a nonreal-time verification process associated with the digital assets to verify the amount of the digital assets; when the amount of the digital assets is verified by the nonreal-time verification process:
unlocking the amount of the system digital assets; and
when the amount of the digital assets is not verified by the nonreal-time verification process:
consuming the amount of the system digital assets.
10 . The digital asset-based interaction computing entity of claim 9 , wherein the processing module is further operable to:
when the amount of system digital assets is locked:
locking a rate quote for exchanging the amount of the digital assets to the amount of the desired assets during the digital asset-based interaction.
11 . The digital asset-based interaction computing entity of claim 7 , wherein the first and second computing entity real-time information includes one or more of:
loyalty information; user account information; metadata; personal information; authentication information; a first computing entity identifier (ID); a second computing entity identifier (ID); one or more items involved in the digital asset-based interaction; an amount of the digital asset-based interaction; a type of digital asset-based interaction; the desired asset format; a type of the digital assets; and the amount of the digital assets.
12 . The digital asset-based interaction computing entity of claim 7 , wherein the processing module is operable to obtain the first and second computing entity real-time information by:
obtaining the first computing entity real-time information via a digital asset-based interaction interface of the first computing entity; accessing, via the memory, the set of second computing entity interaction preferences; generating a scannable code in accordance with the set of second computing entity interaction preferences; and providing the scannable code to the first computing entity, wherein the first computing entity is operable to display the scannable code to the second computing entity, and wherein when the second computing entity scans the scannable code, the second computing entity is operable to send the second computing entity real-time information to the digital asset-based interaction computing entity.Cited by (0)
