Abstract

A heating assembly includes: a lower base, an upper part of the lower base being provided with two supporting parts oppositely arranged; a heating element including a heating part and electrode parts, and the heating part is made of a woven mesh, the electrode parts abut against the supporting parts; an oil-guiding cotton abutting against an upper surface of the heating part; and an upper base fastened to the upper part of the lower base to fix the heating element and the oil-guiding cotton. A manufacturing method of a heating assembly is provided, including: providing a lower base; arranging a heating element on an upper part of the lower base; arranging an oil-guiding cotton on an upper surface of the heating element; and fastening an upper base to the lower base, to fix the oil-guiding cotton and the heating element between the upper base and the lower base.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A heating assembly, comprising:
 a lower base, an upper part of the lower base being provided with two supporting parts that are oppositely arranged;   a heating element comprising a heating part and electrode parts, and wherein the heating part is made of a woven mesh, and the woven mesh comprises a plurality of heating wires arranged in parallel; two ends of each of the heating wires are connected to two electrode parts, respectively; the heating wires are connected to each other by fixing wires; the fixing wires are arranged in parallel with the electrode parts, and the electrode parts are arranged at opposite ends of the heating part; the electrode parts abut against the supporting parts;   an oil-guiding cotton abutting against an upper surface of the heating part; and   an upper base fastened to the upper part of the lower base to fix the heating element and the oil-guiding cotton;   wherein a mesh hole is provided between two adjacent heating wires and between two adjacent fixing wires connected to the two adjacent heating wires; and the oil-guiding cotton is exposed to the mesh hole;   wherein the oil-guiding cotton is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyester fiber material; the oil-guiding cotton is deformed when being pressed by an external force, and maintains its original shape when being not pressed by an external force; a silicone sleeve is sleeved on an upper part of the oil-guiding cotton; the silicone sleeve comprises a top surface and a side surface; the side surface is bent and extended downward from the top surface; the top surface is provided with an oil-passing hole; the oil-guiding cotton is exposed to the oil-passing hole; the side surface is arranged between an inner side of the upper base and an outer side of the oil-guiding cotton.   
     
     
         2 . The heating assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein the fixing wires are bent upward to extend to form a fixing part; the fixing part is partially inserted into the oil-guiding cotton to fix the oil-guiding cotton. 
     
     
         3 . A manufacturing method of a heating assembly, comprising:
 a), providing a lower base;   b), arranging a heating element on an upper part of the lower base;   c), arranging an oil-guiding cotton on an upper surface of the heating element; and   d), arranging an upper base above the oil-guiding cotton, moving the upper base downward or moving the lower base upward, and the upper base is fastened to the lower base, to fix the oil-guiding cotton and the heating element between the upper base and the lower base;   wherein in step c), after the oil-guiding cotton is arranged on an upper surface of the heating element, a silicone sleeve is provided; the silicone sleeve comprises a top surface and a side surface; the side surface is bent and extended downward from the top surface; the top surface is provided with an oil-passing hole; the silicone sleeve is mounted on an upper part of the oil-guiding cotton, and the oil-guiding cotton is exposed to the oil-passing hole; and the side surface covers an outer side surface of the oil-guiding cotton.   
     
     
         4 . The manufacturing method according to  claim 3 , wherein in step a), the upper part of the lower base is provided with two supporting parts that are oppositely arranged; the two supporting parts are located at a same height;
 in step b), the heating element comprises a heating part and electrode parts; the heating part is made of a woven mesh; the woven mesh comprises a plurality of heating wires arranged in parallel; two ends of each of the heating wires are connected to the electrode parts, respectively; the heating wires are connected to each other by fixing wires; the fixing wires are arranged in parallel with the electrode parts; the electrode parts are arranged at opposite ends of the heating part; the electrode parts are arranged on upper surfaces of the supporting parts.   
     
     
         5 . The manufacturing method according to  claim 4 , wherein in step c), the oil-guiding cotton is deformed when being pressed by an external force, and maintains its original shape when being not pressed by an external force; the fixing wires are bent upward to extend to form a fixing part; after the oil-guiding cotton is arranged on an upper surface of the heating part, the fixing part is pressed inward, and the fixing part enters the oil-guiding cotton to fix the oil-guiding cotton. 
     
     
         6 . The manufacturing method according to  claim 5 , wherein in step d), the upper base is fastened to the lower base, and an inner side of the upper base presses the top surface and the side surface; the top surface presses the oil-guiding cotton to press the oil-guiding cotton downward and a lower surface of the oil-guiding cotton is in close contact with the heating element; the side surface is pressed by the inner side of the upper base and the outer side surface of the oil-guiding cotton, and a sealing between the inner side of the upper base and the oil-guiding cotton is realized. 
     
     
         7 . A manufacturing method of a heating assembly, comprising:
 (1), providing an upper base, and arranging an opening of the upper base upward;   (2), arranging an oil-guiding cotton in the opening of the upper base;   (3), arranging a heating element on an upper part of the oil-guiding cotton; and   (4), fastening a lower base to the upper base to fix the heating element and the oil-guiding cotton between the upper base and the lower base;   wherein the manufacturing method further comprises: after step (1), providing a silicone sleeve; wherein the silicone sleeve comprises a top surface and a side surface; the side surface is bent and extended downward from the top surface; the top surface is provided with an oil-passing hole; after the silicone sleeve is mounted on the opening of the upper base, the oil-guiding cotton is mounted in the silicone sleeve, and the side surface covers the oil-guiding cotton.   
     
     
         8 . The manufacturing method according to  claim 7 , wherein in step (3), the heating element comprises a heating part and electrode parts; the heating part is made of a woven mesh; the woven mesh comprises a plurality of heating wires arranged in parallel; two ends of each of the heating wires are connected to two electrode parts, respectively; the heating wires are connected to each other by fixing wires; the fixing wires are arranged in parallel with the electrode parts; the electrode parts are arranged at opposite ends of the heating part; and the heating part is arranged on an upper surface of the oil-guiding cotton. 
     
     
         9 . The manufacturing method according to  claim 8 , wherein an upper part of the lower base is provided with two supporting parts that are oppositely arranged; the two supporting parts are located at a same height; when the supporting parts are aligned with the electrode parts, and the upper base is fastened to the lower base, the electrode parts and the supporting parts are tightly pressed, and the oil-guiding cotton and the heating part are tightly pressed.
