Abstract
Provided is a maintenance base station, including a bin body, a rotatable cover, and a revolving shaft, wherein the rotatable cover is in rotatable connection with the bin body via the revolving shaft, the bin body has a debris collection chamber and a opening in communication with the debris collection chamber, the rotatable cover is configured for blocking or revealing the opening; and partial bin wall of the bin body adjacent to the opening is stretched towards the inner side or the outer side of the bin body, hereby forming an avoidance area, and the revolving shaft is arranged in the avoidance area, such that the revolving shaft and the bin wall are spaced apart from each other along the wall thickness direction of the bin wall, so as to accordingly limit the intervention of the revolving shaft in the wall thickness of the bin wall.

comprising a bin body, a rotatable cover, and a revolving shaft, wherein the rotatable cover is in rotatable connection with the bin body via the revolving shaft, the bin body has a debris collection chamber and an opening in communication with the debris collection chamber, and the rotatable cover is configured for blocking or revealing the opening; and partial bin wall of the bin body adjacent to the opening is stretched towards an inner side or an outer side of the bin body, hereby forming an avoidance area, and the revolving shaft is arranged in the avoidance area, such that the revolving shaft and the bin wall are spaced apart from each other, so as to accordingly limit an intervention of the revolving shaft in a wall thickness of the bin wall.
2 . The maintenance base station according to claim 1 , wherein
the bin wall of the bin body is a single-layer bin wall.
3 . The maintenance base station according to claim 1 , wherein
the partial bin wall of the bin body adjacent to the opening is stretched along a wall thickness direction thereof, hereby forming an avoidance groove structure, and a groove area of the avoidance groove structure comprises the avoidance area; and the maintenance base station further comprises a revolving shaft holder, which is arranged in the avoidance groove structure; and both shaft ends of the revolving shaft are respectively inserted into the revolving shaft holder, and the rotatable cover is in rotatable connection with the revolving shaft holder via the revolving shaft.
4 . The maintenance base station according to claim 3 , wherein
the partial bin wall of the bin body adjacent to the opening is stretched along the wall thickness direction thereof towards the inner side of the bin body, hereby forming the avoidance groove structure.
5 . The maintenance base station according to claim 3 , wherein
an outer side of the bin wall of the bin body or a side surface of the revolving shaft holder adjacent to the outer side of the bin body is provided with a protruding first limiting portion, which is located in a path of the rotatable cover for rotating from a position of blocking the opening towards a position of revealing the opening, and is configured for abutting against the rotatable cover so as to limit a maximum angle at which the rotatable cover opens the opening.
6 . The maintenance base station according to claim 5 , wherein
an inner side of the bin wall of the bin body or a region of the revolving shaft holder adjacent to the inner side of the bin body is provided with a second limiting portion, which is located in a path of the rotatable cover for rotating from the position of revealing the opening towards the position of blocking the opening, and is configured for abutting against the rotatable cover so as to limit the rotatable cover in the position of blocking the opening.
7 . The maintenance base station according to claim 1 , wherein
the rotatable cover has an connection end and a closed end that are arranged oppositely along a radial direction thereof, and the connection end is in rotatable connection with the bin body via the revolving shaft; and a center of gravity of the rotatable cover is close to the closed end and is away from the connection end.
8 . The maintenance base station according to claim 7 , wherein
the rotatable cover has a cover body outer side surface and a cover body inner side surface that are arranged oppositely along a thickness direction thereof; and the cover body inner side surface gradually keeps a greater distance with the cover body outer side surface along a direction from the connection end towards the dosed end.
9 . The maintenance base station according to claim 1 ; wherein
the opening has a first edge and a second edge arranged oppositely to the first edge, a notch is provided in an extension of the first edge towards a direction being close to or departing from the second edge, the bin body is provided with an avoidance groove structure extending from the notch, and a groove area of the avoidance groove structure comprises the avoidance area.
10 . The maintenance base station according to claim 9 , wherein
the notch is provided in the extension of the first edge towards the direction being close to the second edge, a sealing ring is provided on a side of the rotatable cover close to the opening, the sealing ring encloses a circumference side of the rotatable cover, the sealing ring cooperates with an edge of the opening, and the sealing ring is provided with a U-shaped segment which is in location fit with the notch.
11 . The maintenance base station according to claim 2 , wherein
the partial bin wall of the bin body adjacent to the opening is stretched along a wall thickness direction thereof, hereby forming an avoidance groove structure, and a groove area of the avoidance groove structure comprises the avoidance area; and the maintenance base station further comprises a revolving shaft holder, which is arranged in the avoidance groove structure; and both shaft ends of the revolving shaft are respectively inserted into the revolving shaft holder, and the rotatable cover is in rotatable connection with the revolving shaft holder via the revolving shaft.
12 . The maintenance base station according to claim 2 , wherein
the rotatable cover has an connection end and a dosed end that are arranged oppositely along a radial direction thereof, and the connection end is in rotatable connection with the bin body via the revolving shaft; and a center of gravity of the rotatable cover is dose to the closed end and is away from the connection end.
13 . The maintenance base station according to claim 2 , wherein
the opening has a first edge and a second edge arranged oppositely to the first edge, a notch is provided in an extension of the first edge towards a direction being close to or departing from the second edge, the bin body is provided with an avoidance groove structure extending from the notch, and a groove area of the avoidance groove structure comprises the avoidance area.
14 . The maintenance base station according to claim 1 , wherein a bin wall of the bin body is in a layered structure having two layers or more.
15 . The maintenance base station according to claim 3 , wherein the avoidance groove structure has an notch opened towards a top of the bin body and an notch opened towards a lateral outside of the bin body, and the two notches communicate with each other to constitute an integral notch.

The maintenance base station according to claim 3 , wherein the avoidance groove structure has a groove bottom wall, wherein the groove bottom wall is provided with upright post structures in a vertical state, and the each upright post structure is configured to match a fixing hole structure in a revolving shaft holder and is configured for being inserted into the fixing hole structure and hereby fixing the revolving shaft holder in the avoidance groove structure.

The maintenance base station according to claim 1 , wherein the rotatable cover includes a cover body portion and a sliding guide portion in connection with the cover body portion, the cover body portion is configured for blocking or revealing the opening, the sliding guide portion is provided with a sliding guide surface, the revolving shaft holder is provided with a guide groove structure, and the groove wall of the guide groove structure includes a sliding guide wall;
when the rotatable cover rotates relative to the bin body, the sliding guide portion rotates relative the a guide groove structure, and the sliding guide surface matches the sliding guide wall and rotates relative to the sliding guide wall.

The maintenance base station according to claim 1 , wherein a cover body portion comprises an outer cover body and an inner cover body, and the outer cover body and the inner cover body are joint together along a thickness direction of the cover body portion and constitute an entity of the cover body portion, wherein a side surface of the outer cover body away from the inner cover body is a cover body outer side surface, while a side surface of the inner cover body away from the outer cover body is a cover body inner side surface.
19 . The maintenance base station according to claim 18 , wherein when the cover body portion is located at a position of blocking the opening, the cover body outer side surface is arranged horizontally, while the cover body inner side surface is arranged obliquely, and correspondingly, the opening is arranged obliquely.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
