Lighter and storage device

Abstract

A lighter including: a lighter portion that is movable between an extended state and a retracted state; and a storage compartment located adjacent to the lighter portion that holds one or more stored items that may be lit by the lighter portion.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A lighter comprising:
 a lighter portion that is movable between an extended state and a retracted state;   and   a storage compartment located adjacent to the lighter portion that holds one or more stored items that may be lit by the lighter portion.   
     
     
         2 . The lighter of  claim 1 , further comprising a body that comprises the storage compartment. 
     
     
         3 . The lighter of  claim 2 , wherein a movement button is located on the body and is in communication with the lighter portion to move the lighter portion between the extended state and the retracted state. 
     
     
         4 . The lighter of  claim 1 , wherein the lighter portion includes one or more arc fingers. 
     
     
         5 . The lighter of  claim 4 , further comprising a movement button that moves the lighter portion between the extended state and the retracted state and the movement button causes a spark or arc proximate to the one or more arc fingers. 
     
     
         6 . The lighter of  claim 5 , further comprising a trigger that is activated by the movement button contacting the trigger. 
     
     
         7 . The lighter of  claim 6 , wherein the storage compartment comprises a storage chamber and a storage cap. 
     
     
         8 . The lighter of  claim 7 , wherein the storage compartment comprises a body connector and the storage cap comprises a cap connector that connects the cap connector to the storage compartment. 
     
     
         9 . The lighter of  claim 8 , wherein the body connector and the cap connector are threaded connections. 
     
     
         10 . The lighter of  claim 8 , further comprising a seal that forms a seal between the storage cap and the storage compartment. 
     
     
         11 . The lighter of  claim 10 , wherein the seal forms a watertight seal between the storage cap and the storage compartment. 
     
     
         12 . The lighter of  claim 2 , further comprising an indicator located on the body that indicates a power level, if the lighter is on, an indication if the lighter is lit or being lit, or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         13 . The lighter of  claim 12 , wherein the indicator is a light indicator. 
     
     
         14 . The lighter of  claim 2 , further comprising a port located on the body that provides power to the lighter. 
     
     
         15 . The lighter of  claim 14 , wherein a battery is located in the body and the battery is connected to the port so that the port charges the battery. 
     
     
         16 . The lighter of  claim 15 , wherein the battery is connected to the lighter portion and the battery power the lighter portion so that the lighter portion creates an ignition. 
     
     
         17 . The lighter of  claim 16 , wherein the ignition is prevented when the lighter portion is in the retracted state. 
     
     
         18 . The lighter of  claim 1 , wherein the lighter is substantially a shape of a bullet. 
     
     
         19 . The lighter of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more stored items are a cigarette, a cigar, a rolled cigarette, or a combination thereof and the storage compartment is longer than the cigarette, the cigar, the rolled cigarette, or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         20 . The lighter of  claim 4 , wherein the one or more arc fingers are two opposed arc fingers that an arc extends across when the lighter is activated.
