Abstract
The present application relates to a cable laying device (100). The cable laying device is used for laying a cable, and comprises:a cable laying part (10) comprising a base section (11) and an extension section (12); a turnover mechanism (20) and a positioning adjustment mechanism (30), wherein,the base section (11) and the extension section (12) are connected rotatably relative to each other at their longitudinal ends;the positioning adjustment mechanism (30) is connected to the base section and comprises a rotating assembly (31), wherein the rotating assembly (31) drives the cable laying part to rotate; andthe turnover mechanism (20) connects the extension section (12) and the base section (11), and drives the extension section (12) to turn over relative to the base section (11).

1 . A device for arranging worksite components, comprising:
a controllable folding arm assembly; a base assembly; and a liftable and rotatable connection assembly for attaching the controllable folding arm assembly on the base assembly, wherein the base assembly comprises at least one pair of rotatable stands and a set of fixed wheels forming an adjustable ground support for the base assembly.
2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the controllable folding arm assembly comprises a first arm rotatably coupled to a second arm.
3 . The device of claim 2 , wherein:
the first arm comprises a base section; the second arm comprises an extension section; the controllable folding arm assembly further comprises a turnover mechanism for rotatably coupling a first longitudinal end of the extension section to a first longitudinal end of the base section and for controllably driving the extension section to rotate relative to the base section.
4 . The device of claim 3 , wherein the turnover mechanism comprises:
a bar transmission assembly for rotatably coupling the extension section to the base section; and an extendable lever actuator connected to the base section on one end and the extension section or the bar transmission assembly on the other end for controllably driving the extension section to rotate relative to the base section pivoting around the bar transmission assembly.
5 . The device of claim 4 , wherein:
the bar transmission assembly comprises a first bar element and a second bar element pivotally connected to one another via a first pivotal point; the first bar element and the second bar element are connected with the base section and the extension section via a second pivotal point and a third pivotal point, respectively; the extension section and the base section are further connected with each other via a fourth pivotal point such that the first bar element, the second bar element, the base section, and the extension section form a four-bar linkage mechanism; and the extendable lever actuator is connected to a fifth pivotal point fixed on the base section on one end and the extension section or the bar transmission assembly on another end.
6 . The device of claim 5 , wherein:
the extension section includes a first portion at a longitudinal end extending off a longitudinal direction of the extension section; the base section includes a second portion at a longitudinal end extending off a longitudinal direction of the base section; and the fourth pivotal point is configured as a joint between the first portion and the second portion.
7 . The device of claim 5 , wherein the extendable lever actuator comprises a first cylinder and a piston cylinder hydraulically driven to perform a controllable reciprocating movement relative to the first cylinder.
8 . The device of claim 7 , wherein the extendable lever actuator is connected to the fifth pivotal point fixed on the base section on one end and the first pivotal point between the first bar element and the second bar element on the other end.
9 . The device of claim 7 , wherein the extendable lever actuator is connected to the fifth pivotal point fixed on the base section on one end and a sixth pivotal point fixed on the second bar element.
10 . The device of claim 7 , wherein the extendable lever actuator is connected to the fifth pivotal point fixed on the base section on one end and a sixth pivotal point fixed on the extension section.
11 . The device of claim 4 , wherein the turnover mechanism comprises a pair of identical sub turnover mechanisms.
12 . The device of claim 3 , wherein the liftable and rotatable connection assembly is fixedly arranged at one end of the base assembly.
13 . The device of claim 12 , wherein the liftable and rotatable connection assembly comprises a first cylinder fixedly disposed on the base assembly and a piston cylinder for hydraulically effecting a controllable up-down movement.
14 . The device of claim 13 , wherein:
the liftable and rotatable connection assembly further comprises a rotation unit connected to the piston cylinder; and the rotation unit is connected to the controllable folding arm assembly to effectuate a rotation of the controllable folding arm assembly pivoting around an anchor point on the piston cylinder.
15 . The device of claim 14 , wherein the rotation unit comprises a gear transmission assembly for driving the rotation of the controllable folding arm assembly, wherein an output portion of the gear transmission assembly is connected with the base section of the controllable folding arm assembly.
16 . The device of claim 15 , wherein the rotation unit further comprises a height-holding lever mechanism connected to the base section of the controllable folding arm assembly for providing a support for the controllable folding arm assembly.
17 . The device of claim 16 , wherein the height-holding lever mechanism comprises hydraulic cylinders to provide a telescopic movement.
18 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the base assembly is configured as a carrying mechanism in a form of a semi-trailer, a vehicle-mounted structure or a skid-mounted structure, wherein the liftable and rotatable connection assembly is fixed on a chassis of the base assembly.
19 . The device of claim 18 , wherein the at least one pair of rotatable stands are configured to be hydraulically adjustable to provide ground support for the base assembly.
