An adjustable chair comprising a seat part, a seat back disposed along one side of the seat part, the seat back being configured for supporting at least a person's back or shoulders, a chair base configured for being placed on a floor, at least one adjustable chair feature including a motor capable of being selectively controlled and driven so as to adjust at least one of: the rotation or tilt of the seat part, a vertical distance between the seat back and the one side of the seat part, an angle position between the seat back and the seat part, and a distance between the chair base and the seat part.

1 . An adjustable chair system comprising:
an adjustable chair including:
a seat part;
a seat back disposed along one side of the seat part, the seat back being configured for supporting at least a person's back or shoulders;
a chair base configured for being placed on a floor;
a lumbar support providing incremental and progressive resistance to support the person's lower back; and
a controller configured to actuate at least one adjustable chair feature, including at least one of:
a rotation or tilt of the seat part,
a vertical distance between the seat back and the one side of the seat part,
an angle position between the seat back and the seat part,
a distance between the chair base and the seat part, and
a distance between the lumbar and the person's back; and
a user device having an application configured to communicate with the controller of the adjustable chair, wherein the application is configured to adjust at least one of the adjustable chair features.
2 . The adjustable chair system of claim 1 , wherein the application includes a user profile which includes user data.
3 . The adjustable chair system of claim 2 , wherein user data includes at least one of:
a user's weight; a user's height; and a user's inseam.
4 . The adjustable chair system of claim 1 , wherein the user device is a smart phone capable of communicating with the controller via a network connection.
5 . The adjustable chair system of claim 1 , wherein the application stores a chair setting profile having preset chair adjustment settings, which include the adjustable chair features.
6 . The adjustable chair system of claim 5 , wherein a user can use the application to change the preset chair adjustment settings.
7 . The adjustable chair system of claim 5 , wherein the application includes an adjustable time interval input, such that a user can select a time to initiate the preset chair adjustment settings.
8 . The adjustable chair system of claim 1 , a motor capable of being selectively controlled and driven so as to adjust at least one of the adjustable chair features.
9 . The adjustable chair system of claim 8 , wherein the motor is controlled and caused to be driven via a controller capable of communicating with application via a network connection, the application causing the motor to be driven so as to adjust at the least one of:
a rotation or tilt of the seat part, a vertical distance between the seat back and the one side of the seat part, an angle position between the seat back and the seat part, a distance between the chair base and the seat part, and a distance between the lumbar and the person's back.
10 . The adjustable chair system of claim 1 , wherein the application includes a recommended preset adjustment setting for at least one of the adjustable chair features.
11 . An adjustable chair system comprising:
an adjustable chair having multiple features, including:
a seat part;
a seat back disposed along one side of the seat part, the seat back being configured for supporting at least a person's back or shoulders; and
a chair base configured for being placed on a floor;
a user device having an application configured to communicate with the adjustable chair, wherein the application is configured to adjust a position of at least one of the multiple features of the adjustable chair, wherein the application includes a user profile which includes user data, including at least one of: a user's weight; a user's height; and a user's inseam; wherein the application includes a recommended preset adjustment setting of a position of at least one of the multiple features of the adjustable chair, based on the user data.
12 . The adjustable chair system of claim 11 , wherein the adjustable chair includes a controller configured to adjust the position of at least one of the multiple features of the adjustable chair, and wherein the application configured to communicate with the controller.
13 . The adjustable chair system of claim 11 , the adjustable chair further including:
a lumbar support providing incremental and progressive resistance to support the person's lower back; and a controller configured to actuate at least one adjustable chair feature, including at least one of: a rotation or tilt of the seat part, a vertical distance between the seat back and the one side of the seat part, an angle position between the seat back and the seat part, a distance between the chair base and the seat part, and a distance between the lumbar and the person's back.
14 . The adjustable chair system of claim 12 , wherein the user device is a smart phone capable of communicating with the controller via a network connection.
15 . The adjustable chair system of claim 13 , wherein the application stores a chair setting profile having preset chair adjustment settings, which include the adjustable chair features.
16 . The adjustable chair system of claim 15 , wherein a user can use the application to change the preset chair adjustment settings.
17 . The adjustable chair system of claim 15 , wherein the application includes an adjustable time interval input, such that a user can select a time to initiate the preset chair adjustment settings.
18 . The adjustable chair system of claim 13 , a motor capable of being selectively controlled and driven so as to adjust at least one of the adjustable chair features.
19 . The adjustable chair system of claim 18 , wherein the motor is controlled and caused to be driven via a controller capable of communicating with application via a network connection, the application causing the motor to be driven so as to adjust at the least one of:
a rotation or tilt of the seat part, a vertical distance between the seat back and the one side of the seat part, an angle position between the seat back and the seat part, a distance between the chair base and the seat part, and a distance between the lumbar and the person's back.
