Abstract
A system and a method for connecting a tutor with a student in real time. Initially, the system receives a student profile. Further, the system receives a question from the student. Furthermore, the system synthesizes the question based on a set of predefined machine learning model. Subsequently, the system determines a cohort of the students from the set of the cohort of the students. The cohort of the students is determined based on the one or more parameters related to the question. Further, the system identifies a tutor assigned to the cohort of the students. Subsequently, the system notifies the tutor in real time. Further, the system receives an acknowledgement from the tutor within a predefined time. Finally, the system connects the tutor with the student in real time when the acknowledgement is the positive acknowledgement.

receiving, by a processor, a student profile comprising demographic information and a set of cohorts of students; receiving, by the processor, a question from a student; synthesizing, by the processor, the question into one or more parameters comprising a subject, a topic, a sub-topic, a category, a language of the question, and a difficulty level; determining, by the processor, the cohort of students from the set of cohorts of students based on the one or more parameters related to the question; identifying, by the processor, a tutor from one or more tutors assigned to the cohort of the students based on a relevancy between a student profile and one or more tutor profiles, wherein the relevancy is computed using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm; connecting, by the processor, the tutor with the student; and receiving, by the processor, a feedback from the student, wherein the AI algorithm is trained based on the feedback.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a cohort of students from the set of cohort of students indicates a plurality of students with similar profiles.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the question is synthesized based on a set of machine learning models.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the student profile further comprises academic details, a performance score, a preferred language of learning, a preferred mode of communication, a feedback from previous tutors, a favorite tutor, aspirations of the student, an available time slot, and a study pattern.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the question is received in at least one of an image form, a text form, and a voice form.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein dynamically identifying the tutor further comprises notifying the tutor in real time based on the relevancy.

The method of claim 1 , further comprises receiving an acknowledgment from the tutor within a predefined time, wherein the acknowledgment is one of a positive acknowledgment or a negative acknowledgment, and wherein the student and the tutor are connected when the acknowledgment received from the tutor is the positive acknowledgment.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a tutor profile of the one or more tutor profiles comprises a tutor rating, the topic, the sub-topic, a preferred language, a preferred mode for answering the question, a preferred category of the answer, and a type of questions answered.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein synthesizing the question into the category comprises synthesizing the question into a numerical, a conceptual, and an analytical category.
10 . The method of claim 7 , further comprises assigning the question to another tutor from the one or more tutors when at least the acknowledgment received from the tutor is the negative acknowledgment and a defined time limit to acknowledge the question is exhausted.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the difficulty level of the question is calculated based on at least a percentage of time the question was unanswered by the one or more tutors, a frequency of the question being asked, and an average time taken by the one or more tutors to solve the question, and a profile of the cohort of students.
12 . The method of claim 1 , further comprises receiving a feedback from a tutor, wherein the AI algorithm is trained based on the feedback.
13 . A system for connecting a tutor with a student, the system comprising:
a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory, wherein the processor is configured to execute program instructions stored in the memory for: receiving a student profile comprising demographic information and a set of cohorts of students; receiving a question from a student; synthesizing the question into one or more parameters comprising a subject, a topic, a sub-topic, a category, a language of the question, and a difficulty level; determining the cohort of students from the set of cohorts of students based on the one or more parameters related to the question; identifying a tutor from one or more tutors assigned to the cohort of the students based on a relevancy between a student profile and one or more tutor profiles, wherein the relevancy is computed using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm; connecting the tutor with the student; and receiving a feedback from the student, wherein the AI algorithm is trained based on the feedback.
14 . A non-transitory computer program product having embodied thereon a computer program for connecting a tutor with a student in real time, the computer program product storing instructions for:
receiving a student profile comprising demographic information and a set of cohorts of students; receiving a question from a student; synthesizing the question into one or more parameters comprising a subject, a topic, a sub-topic, a category, a language of the question, and a difficulty level; determining the cohort of students from the set of cohorts of students based on the one or more parameters related to the question; identifying a tutor from one or more tutors assigned to the cohort of the students based on a relevancy between a student profile and one or more tutor profiles, wherein the relevancy is computed using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm; connecting the tutor with the student; and receiving a feedback from the student, wherein the AI algorithm is trained based on the feedback.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
