The step-less speed regulating oscillating fan according to claim 2 , wherein an installing port is formed in an upper end of the base, a bearing is installed inside the installing port, and an installing post is fixedly installed at the bottom of the fan body ( 1 ), wherein the installing post is installed on an inner ring of the bearing, and is fixedly connected with an output end of the second motor ( 9 ).
