Abstract
An atomizing core includes an atomizing base, an atomizing bracket, a heating element, an atomizing cover, a liquid guiding member, a detecting chip and an electrode assembly. The atomizing base is concavely provided with accommodating groove, one end of the atomizing bracket is fixed in the accommodating groove, the heating member is supported at the other end of the atomizing bracket, the atomizing cover is provided at the outside of the heating member, the liquid guiding member is arranged in the atomizing cover, the detecting chip is provided in the accommodating groove. When the atomizing core is working, the detecting chip detects and records the working information of the atomizing core, so that the user can monitor the working and usage status of the atomizing core.

an atomizing base recessed with accommodating groove; an atomizing bracket, one end of which is accommodated and fixed in the accommodating groove ; a heating member supported on the other end of the atomizing bracket, for heating and atomizing the aerosol-forming substrate; an atomizing cover provided at the outside of the heating member, and the atomizing cover is provided with a liquid inlet hole for communicating with the liquid storage chamber of the liquid storage member; a liquid guiding member arranged in the atomizing cover, is configured to absorb and/or store the aerosol-forming substrate entering through the liquid inlet hole, and penetrate the absorbed and/or stored aerosol-forming substrate into the heating member; a detecting chip provided in the accommodating groove, is configured to detect and record the working information of the heating member, to monitor the working and usage status of the atomizing core; and an electrode assembly comprising a first electrode for being electrically connected to the positive pole of the power supply device, a second electrode for electrical connecting with the negative pole of the power supply device, and signal electrodes for electrically connecting the detecting chip with the control board of the power supply device, the first electrode is electrically connected to the heating member and the detecting chip respectively, the second electrode is electrically connected to the heating member and the detecting chip respectively, the atomizing base is provided with first through holes respectively for the ends of the first electrode and the second electrode away from the heating member to pass through, and the atomizing base is provided with a second through hole for the end of the signal electrode away from the detecting chip to pass through.

The atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein the detecting chip is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove, the first through hole and the second through hole are respectively provided at the bottom wall of the accommodating groove, the detecting chip is provided with third through holes through which the first electrode and the second electrode respectively pass through, the first electrode and the second electrode are respectively inserted into the corresponding third through holes and electrically connected to the detecting chip.

The atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing core further comprises a sealing member provided in the accommodating groove, the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member is in close contact with the inner wall of the accommodating groove, a groove is concavely provided at the end face of the sealing member away from the heating member, the detecting chip is accommodated and fixed in the groove, the sealing member is provided with fourth through holes to the first electrode and the second electrode respectively pass through.
4 . The atomizing core according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing core further comprises a heat insulating member interposed between the heating member and the detecting chip, and the heat insulating member is fixedly provided in the accommodating groove.

The atomizing core according to claim 4 , wherein the atomizing bracket comprises a bracket body and a cylindrical support connected with the bracket body, one end of the heat insulating member close to the heating member is inserted into the cylindrical support, the other end of the insulating member protrudes from the cylindrical support; the outer peripheral surface of the portion of the heat insulating member protruding from the cylindrical support is in close contact with the inner wall of the accommodating groove, the heat insulating member is provided with an airflow passage that guides the outside air to flow to the heating member; the atomizing base is provided with an air inlet communicating with the airflow passage, fifth through holes are defined on the thermal insulating member for the pins of the heating member to respectively pass through.

An atomizer comprising a liquid storage assembly and the atomizing core according to claim 1 the liquid storage member comprises a main housing, and the main housing is provided with a liquid storage chamber, an atomizing chamber, and a liquid outlet connecting the liquid storage chamber and the atomizing chamber; he atomizing core is detachably assembled in the atomizing chamber through the bottom opening of the main housing.

The atomizer according to claim 6 , wherein the atomizer further comprises a cartridge base, the cartridge base is sealed and fitted on the bottom opening of the main housing, the cartridge base is provided with a mounting hole for the atomizing base to be inserted and fixed; the mounting hole communicates with the atomizing chamber, when the atomizing base is placed in the mounting hole, the heating member is placed in the atomizing chamber.

The atomizer according to claim 7 , wherein the liquid storage member further comprises an inner cylindrical member disposed in the main housing, the top port of the inner cylindrical member communicates with the top smoke outlet of the main housing, the top of the main housing is equipped with a mouthpiece communicating with the smoke outlet, the bottom end of the inner cylindrical member is connected to the cartridge base through the sealing gasket, the bottom port of the inner cylindrical member communicates with the mounting hole, the part of the main housing outside the inner cylindrical member defines a liquid storage chamber, the inner chamber of the inner cylindrical member defines the atomizing chamber, the liquid outlet is formed on the side wall of the inner cylindrical member; the atomizer further comprises a blocking member that is movably arranged in the inner cylindrical member, and an elastic member 8 elastically pressing against the blocking member toward the bottom of the inner cylindrical member to limit the blocking member to a position where the liquid outlet can be closed.
9 . The atomizer according to claim 7 , wherein the atomizer further comprises a sealing ring for sealing the connection between the atomizing base and the cartridge base when the atomizing base is inserted into the mounting hole; the atomizing base is provided with a sealing groove, the sealing ring is disposed in the sealing groove.
10 . An aerosol generating device comprising the atomizing core according to claim 1 .
11 . A battery device, comprising:
a housing provided with a closed accommodating cavity therein ; an battery cell arranged in the accommodating cavity; a PCB bracket fixed in the accommodating cavity; a control board supported and fixed on the PCB bracket, the control board is electrically connected to the battery cell, and the control board is provided with a switch for controlling the power-on operation of the aerosol generating device; a button cover movably arranged at the housing, the button cover comprises a cap and a abutting column fixedly connected with the cap, and the housing is provided with a button hole for the abutting column to extend into the accommodating cavity, the resisting column is movably extending through the key hole; and an elastic sealing member clamped between the inner wall of the housing and the PCB bracket, and covering the button hole to seal the accommodating cavity; wherein, one side of the elastic sealing member abuts against the resisting column, so that when the cap is pressed, the cap drives the resisting column to abut against the switch through the elastic sealing member.
12 . The battery device according to claim 11 , wherein the elastic sealing member comprises an elastic sealing cover and a sealing gasket protruding outwardly along the radial direction of the elastic sealing cover from the mouth edge of the elastic sealing cover, the gasket is clamped between the inner wall of the housing and the PCB bracket, and the elastic sealing cover is sleeved on the abutting column, the cover surface of the elastic sealing cover is separated between the end surface of the abutting column and the switch.
13 . The battery device according to claim 12 , wherein a first annular protrusion protrudes from the side of the sealing gasket attached to the inner wall of the housing, and the first annular protrusion is arranged around the button hole.

The battery device according to claim 11 , wherein the PCB bracket have a hollow cylindrical shape, the control board is accommodated and fixed in the inner cavity of the PCB bracket, the PCB bracket is provided with an opening for the abutting column to resist the elastic sealing member to the switch to trigger the switch.
15 . The battery device according to claim 11 wherein the top end of the housing is provided with an opening, and an end cover is provided at the top opening of the housing, and a sealing ring is provided at the connection between the end cover and the top opening of the housing.
16 . The battery device according to claim 15 , wherein the battery device further comprises a spring pin electrically connected between the atomizer and the electrical connection of the battery device, the end cover is provided with a mounting hole for the spring pin to be fixedly installed; one end of the spring pin extends into the accommodation cavity through the mounting hole and is electrically connected with the control board, the other end of the spring pin protrudes from the side of the end cover away from the control board.
17 . The battery device according to claim 11 wherein the housing comprises an inner housing and an outer housing covering the outer surface of the inner housing, and the outer housing is a plastic member, the inner housing is defined with the accommodating cavity therein; the housing is provided with an accommodating hole for accommodating the cap at a position corresponding to the button hole.
18 . The battery device according to claim 17 , wherein the inner housing is a metal member, the outer housing is a plastic housing, the plastic housing is molded on the outer surface of the inner housing through an in-mold injection molding process.
19 . The battery device according to claim 11 wherein the elastic sealing member is a silicone member or a rubber member.
20 . An aerosol generating device, comprising an atomizer and a battery device for supplying power to the atomizer to electrically drive the atomizer to work, wherein the battery device is the battery device according to claim 11 .
21 . A battery device, comprising:
a housing provided with a closed accommodating cavity therein ; an battery cell arranged in the accommodating cavity; a control board arranged in the accommodating cavity, the control board is electrically connected to the battery cell, and is configured to control the aerosol generating device to be powered on; a fixing member fixed in the accommodating cavity; a buzzer provided at the fixing member, the buzzer is electrically connected to the control board; and a waterproof sound-permeable membrane sandwiched and fixed between the fixing member and the inner wall of the housing; wherein, a first sound hole is provided at the fixing member, a second sound hole is provided at the housing at a position corresponding to the first sound hole, the waterproof sound-permeable membrane covers the second sound hole.
22 . The battery device according to 21 , wherein the fixing member is provided with a housing groove for housing the buzzer, the notch of the accommodating groove is away from the waterproof sound-permeable membrane, the first sound hole is defined at the bottom surface of the accommodating groove.
23 . The battery device according to 22 , wherein a first annular protrusion protrudes from the side of the fixing member away from the notch, and the first annular protrusion is configured to resist the waterproof sound-permeable membrane.
24 . The battery device according to claim 21 , wherein the housing comprises an inner housing and an outer housing covering the outer surface of the inner housing, and the housing is a plastic member, the accommodating cavity is defined in the inner housing, the second sound hole is defined at the housing, an opening is defined at the inner housing at a position corresponding to the second sound hole, the fixing member is accommodated and fixed in the opening.
25 . The battery device according to claim 24 , wherein the inner housing is a metal member, the housing is a plastic housing, the plastic housing is molded on the outer surface of the inner housing through an in-mold injection molding process.
26 . The battery device according to claim 24 , wherein the housing is a soft rubber member, and the fixing member is a silicone fixing block or a rubber fixing block.
27 . The battery device according to claim 21 , wherein the battery device further comprises a cell bracket fixedly arranged in the accommodation cavity, the battery cell bracket is provided with a positioning cavity for positioning the cell.
28 . The battery device according to claim 21 , wherein the battery device further comprises a cell bracket fixedly arranged in the accommodation cavity, a positioning groove for positioning the fixing member is correspondingly provided at the battery cell bracket.

The battery device according to claim 21 , wherein the battery device further comprises a spring pin for electrically connecting the atomizer and the battery device, the top end of the housing is is provided with an opening, the top opening of the housing is equipped with an end cover, the end cover is provided with a mounting hole for the spring pin to be fixedly installed, one end of the spring pin extends into the accommodation cavity through the mounting hole and is electrically connected with the control board, the other end of the spring pin protrudes from the side of the end cover away from the control board.
