Abstract
Provided is an instant water heater. The instant water heater includes a housing, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a mounting member, and an electric controller. The housing has a heating container inside. The heating container includes a cap and a water tank detachably connected to the cap. A heating pipe is disposed within the water tank. The water inlet pipe is in communication with a first side of the cap. The water outlet pipe is in communication with a second side of the cap. The water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected to two sides of the housing, respectively. The mounting member is configured for securing the water tank to the housing. The electric controller is configured for controlling the heating pipe. By providing stability of the heating container, the provided instant water heater can optimize distribution and installation of components.

1 . An instant water heater, comprising:
a housing, the housing having a heating container inside, wherein the heating container comprises a cap and a water tank detachably connected to the cap; a heating pipe is disposed within the water tank; a water inlet pipe, in communication with a first side of the cap; a water outlet pipe, in communication with a second side of the cap, wherein the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected to two sides of the housing, respectively; a mounting member, configured for securing the water tank to the housing; and an electric controller, configured for controlling work process of the heating pipe.

The instant water heater according to claim 1 , wherein an outflow end the water inlet pipe extends into a middle part of the cap and bends downward; a bend portion of the water inlet pipe connected to a conduit downwardly; a bottom of the conduit is fitted into a secure seat; one end of the secure seat distal from the conduit is securely abutted against a tank bottom of the water tank, and the a water outflow port is provided on the secure seat to communicate with the conduit.

The instant water heater according to claim 1 , wherein a water inflow end of the water inlet pipe is connected to a joint pipe; the housing comprises polygon connection holes respectively located at positions corresponding to the joint pipe and the water outlet pipe; polygon connection blocks adapted for the polygon connection holes are respectively arranged on the joint pipe and the water outlet pipe; the cooperation of the polygon connection hole and the polygon connection blocks allows the join pipe and the water outlet pipe to connected to the two sides of the housing.

The instant water heater according to claim 3 , wherein the heating pipe is connected to the electric controller via a SCR (silicon controlled rectifier), and an over-temperature protector; external power supply provides electricity to the electric controller; terminal blocks are arranged between each two of the heating pipe, the SCR, the over-temperature protector, and the electric controller for connection; the over-temperature is secured on a side wall of the water tank; the SCR and the terminal blocks are arranged on a second side of the housing opposite to a first side thereof which accommodates the heating container.
5 . The instant water heater according to claim 4 , wherein the join pipe is made of metal; an installation platform for heat dissipation is located on the join pipe at a position corresponding to the SCR; and the SCR is secured on the installation platform.

The instant water heater according to claim 1 , wherein a secure bracket arranged on the housing for supporting the water tank; an mounting groove is located on the water tank at a position corresponding to the secure bracket, so that the cooperation of the secure bracket and the mounting groove allows the water tank to be connected to the secure bracket; the mounting member is abutted around an external side of the mounting groove on the water tank, and both ends of the mounting member are secured to the secure bracket via locking screws.
7 . The instant water heater according to claim 6 , wherein the mounting member is arc-shaped; the water outlet pipe extends to outside of the housing and is attached to a joint.
8 . The instant water heater according to claim 1 , wherein the water tank is made of metal; the cap, the water inlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe are made of plastic material by integral molding, respectively; the water tank and the cap are connected by flange connection; a sealing ring is located and squeezed between the water tank and the cap.
9 . The instant water heater according to claim 1 , wherein a water inlet temperature sensor and a water outlet temperature sensor are arranged within the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, respectively; the water inlet temperature sensor and the water outlet temperature sensor are connected to the electric controller, respectively.
10 . The instant water heater according to claim 1 , wherein the water heater further comprises a water flow sensor; the water flow sensor is connected to the electric controller; the water flow sensor is located on within the water inlet pipe or the water outlet pipe.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
