Abstract

According to an aspect of the disclosure, a method for displaying content on a display of an electronic device comprises determining, based on information about the content, a first region of the display on which a first portion of the content is to be displayed; obtaining an angle between the first region and a second region of the display, the second region being distinguished from the first region; generating, based on the angle and a location of a user, correction content corresponding to a second portion of the content; and displaying the first portion on the first region, and displaying the correction content on the second region.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method for displaying content on a display of an electronic device, the method comprising:
determining, based on information about the content, a first region of the display on which a first portion of the content is to be displayed; obtaining an angle between the first region and a second region of the display, the second region being distinguished from the first region; obtaining a location of a user, based on user data obtained by a camera; generating, based on the angle and the location of a user, correction content corresponding to a second portion of the content; and displaying the first portion on the first region, and displaying the correction content on the second region.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the obtained location of the user comprises a distance between the second region of the display and the user, and angle between the second region of the display and the user.

3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising:
determining a location of a first virtual camera corresponding to the first portion of content and a location of a second virtual camera corresponding to the second portion of the content.

4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the location of the first virtual camera is stationary, and the location of the second virtual camera is changed based on the angle between the first region and the second region of the display and the location of the user.

5 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising:
determining a size and a ratio of correction content corresponding to the second portion of the content, based on the location of the second virtual camera.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the determining of the size and the ratio of the correction content comprises determining the size and the ratio of the correction content to allow the first portion and the second portion to be displayed on one virtual plane.

7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:
moving the second virtual camera by an angle corresponding to a sum of the angle between the first region and the second region and a vertical angle between the second region of the display and the user when the location of the user is in front of the electronic device.

8 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:
identifying the user location moved in a place distant from the front of the electronic device in a horizontal direction; moving the second virtual camera in a vertical direction by an angle corresponding to a sum of the angle between the first region and the second region and a vertical angle between the second region of the display and the user; and moving the second virtual camera in a horizontal direction by an angle corresponding to a horizontal angle between the second region of the display and the user.

9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the information about the content comprises at least one of information about a type of the content, information about an application that provides the content, information indicating whether the content comprise text content, or information indicating whether the content and a user interface (UI) to receive a user input overlay each other.

10 . An electronic device comprising:
a display; a camera; a memory storing at least one instruction; and at least one processor configured to execute the at least one instruction to: determine, based on information about content, a first region of the display on which a first portion of the content is to be displayed, obtain an angle between the first region and a second region of the display, the second region being distinguished from the first region, obtain a location of a user, based on user data obtained by the camera, generate, based on the angle and the location of a user, correction content corresponding to a second portion of the content, and display the first portion on the first region, and displaying the correction content on the second region.

11 . The electronic device of claim 10 , wherein the obtained location of the user comprises a distance between the second region of the display and the user, and angle between the second region of the display and the user.

12 . The electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the one or more instructions to determine a location of a first virtual camera corresponding to the first portion of content and a location of a second virtual camera corresponding to the second portion of the content.

13 . The electronic device of claim 12 , wherein the location of the first virtual camera is stationary, and the location of the second virtual camera is changed based on the angle between the first region and the second region of the display and the location of the user.

14 . The electronic device of claim 13 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the one or more instructions to determine a size and a ratio of correction content corresponding to the second portion of the content, based on the location of the second virtual camera.

15 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the one or more instructions to determine a size and a ratio of correction content corresponding to the second portion of the content, based on the location of the second virtual camera.

16 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the one or more instructions to determine a size and a ratio of correction content corresponding to the second portion of the content, based on the location of the second virtual camera.

17 . The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the one or more instructions to:
identify the user location moved in a place distant from the front of the electronic device in a horizontal direction, move the second virtual camera in a vertical direction by an angle corresponding to a sum of the angle between the first region and the second region and a vertical angle between the second region of the display and the user, and move the second virtual camera in a horizontal direction by an angle corresponding to a horizontal angle between the second region of the display and the user.

18 . The electronic device of claim 10 , wherein the information about the content comprises at least one of information about a type of the content, information about an application that provides the content, information indicating whether the content comprise text content, or information indicating whether the content and a user interface (UI) to receive a user input overlay each other.
