Abstract
A frame section for producing a backlit false wall and a backlit false wall, having a section body of tubular shape comprising a peripheral wall, a first and a second longitudinal cavity that each have an opening onto the peripheral wall, the first cavity comprising means for attaching at least one canvas, the second cavity accommodating lighting means, wherein the second cavity has an end wall bordered by two diverging cavity walls that delimit the opening of the second cavity.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A frame section for producing a backlit false wall, the frame section having a section body of tubular shape comprising:
a peripheral wall; a first and a second longitudinal cavity that each have an opening onto the peripheral wall, the first cavity comprising an attachment feature configured for attaching at least one canvas to the frame section, the second cavity accommodating at least one lighting devices;
wherein the first and second cavities open onto the peripheral wall in a direction opposite one another and the second cavity comprises an end wall bordered by two diverging cavity walls that delimit the opening of the second cavity.
2 . The frame section of claim 1 , wherein each cavity wall is inclined relative to the end wall at an angle of inclination between 110 degrees and 130 degrees.
3 . The frame section of claim 2 , wherein a ratio of a height of the end wall to a height of the opening of the second cavity is between 0.4 and 0.5.
4 . The frame section of claim 3 , wherein a ratio of a depth of the end wall to the height of the opening of the second cavity is between 0.3 and 0.4.
5 . The frame section of claim 4 , wherein the second cavity has a trapezoidal shape.
6 . The frame section of claim 5 , wherein the peripheral wall has two lateral faces, a flat upper face and a flat lower face, the opening of the second cavity opening onto one of the lateral faces and being delimited by the upper and lower faces.
7 . The frame section of claim 6 , wherein the other lateral face onto which the opening of the first cavity opens has a rounded shape.
8 . A backlit false wall, comprising;
a frame comprising an arrangement of butt jointed frame sections, each frame section of the butt jointed frame sections comprising a frame section according to claim 1 ; and at least one flexible canvas attached to the frame via attachment means provided at the edge of the canvas; and lighting means accommodated in the second longitudinal cavity of at least one frame section of the butt jointed frame sections.
9 . The backlit false wall of claim 8 , wherein the lighting means are mounted on the end wall of the second cavity of the at least one frame section.
10 . The backlit false wall of claim 9 , wherein the flexible canvas is translucent or transparent.
11 . The frame section of claim 1 , wherein a ratio of a height of the end wall to a height of the opening of the second cavity is between 0.4 and 0.5.
12 . The frame section of claim 1 , wherein a ratio of a depth of the end wall to a height of the opening of the second cavity is between 0.3 and 0.4.
13 . The frame section of claim 1 , wherein the second cavity has a trapezoidal shape.
14 . The frame section of claim 13 , wherein the peripheral wall has two lateral faces, a flat upper face and a flat lower face, the opening of the second cavity opening onto one of the lateral faces and being delimited by the upper and lower faces.
15 . The frame section of claim 14 , wherein the other lateral face onto which the opening of the first cavity opens has a rounded shape.Cited by (0)
