Abstract

The present invention discloses a heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area, which relates to the field of heat exchangers. The key points of the technical solution of the present invention include a heat exchange wall, which includes a fixed heat exchange wall, and a self-adjusting heat exchange wall that can automatically expand and contract according to the flow or temperature of the fluid to change the heat exchange area. The present invention can automatically change the heat exchange area, and timely respond and adapt to different working conditions, having simple structure, low production cost and good stability.

A heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area, comprising a heat exchange wall, characterized in that: the heat exchange wall includes a fixed heat exchange wall, and a self-adjusting heat exchange wall that can automatically expand and contract according to the flow or temperature of a fluid to change the heat exchange area. 
     
     
         2 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: the self-adjusting heat exchange wall is fixedly arranged on the inner or outer wall of the fixed heat exchange wall, the fixed heat exchange wall being provided with a through hole matched with the self-adjusting heat exchange wall.

The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 2 , characterized in that: the fixed heat exchange wall is provided with a plurality of the through holes, the self-adjusting heat exchange wall covering only one or simultaneously two or more of the through holes. 
     
     
         4 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 2 , characterized in that: the self-adjusting heat exchange wall is sandwiched between two layers of the fixed heat exchange wall. 
     
     
         5 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: the self-adjusting heat exchange wall is connected between two of the fixed heat exchange walls. 
     
     
         6 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: the material of the self-adjusting heat exchange wall includes rubber. 
     
     
         7 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: the heat exchange wall includes a plane wall or a curved wall. 
     
     
         8 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 2 , characterized in that: an elastic member is arranged between opposite two of the self-adjusting heat exchange walls. 
     
     
         9 . The heat exchanger capable of automatically adjusting heat exchange area according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: at least one surface of the self-adjusting heat exchange wall is provided with an expansion net.
