Determining geocoded region based rating systems for decisioning outputs
Abstract
Methods, computer-readable media, software, and apparatuses may determine, for a geographic region and based on geolocation data, a plurality of sub-regions, where each sub-region of the plurality of sub-regions may include real properties with a shared profile. The system may associate, with each sub-region, a collection of coordinate pairs, where each coordinate pair comprises a latitude and a longitude, and the collection describes a boundary of a geometric shape corresponding to the sub-region. The system may associate, with the geographic region, geometric shapes corresponding to the plurality of sub-regions. The system may associate, with each geometric shape, a rating factor for the real properties located within the sub-region corresponding to the geometric shape. The system may store the geometric shapes and rating factors, and may generate, based on the rating factor and for the real properties located within the sub-region, an output, and provide the generated output.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method comprising:
receiving a request for a recommendation associated with a property, the request including an address associated with the property; converting the address to an address coordinate, the address coordinate corresponding to a geolocation of the property; matching the address coordinate with a geometric shape, the geometric shape indicative of a region with properties having a shared profile; retrieving a rating factor based on the geometric shape; and generating a graphical user interface based on the rating factor, the graphical user interface including an indication of an available recommendation.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the address coordinate includes a latitude and a longitude.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising generating an indication of a change in the rating factor.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the request is for one or more of a product and service.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising performing an address standardization to the address.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the shared profile comprises one or more of a type of the properties, a value of the properties, a neighborhood crime rate, proximity to a body of water, proximity to a golf course, proximity to public transportation, location in a region prone to a natural disaster, position relative to a highway, and position relative to a mountain.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the recommendation is related to one or more of a product, a marketing strategy, a decision to deploy personnel, and a decision to approve or deny a claim.
8 . A system, comprising:
a processor; and a memory unit storing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
receive a request for a recommendation, the request including an address associated with a property;
convert the address to an address coordinate;
match the address coordinate with a geometric shape, the geometric shape indicative of a region with properties having a shared profile;
retrieve a rating factor based on the geometric shape; and
generate a graphical user interface based on the rating factor, the graphical user interface including the recommendation.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the address coordinate includes one or more of a latitude and a longitude.
10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the computer-executable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to generate an indication of an update to the rating factor.
11 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the request is for one or more of a product and a service.
12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the computer-executable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform an address standardization to the address.
13 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the shared profile comprises one or more of a type of the properties, a value of the properties, a neighborhood crime rate, proximity to a body of water, proximity to a golf course, proximity to public transportation, location in a region prone to a natural disaster, location relative to a highway, and location relative to a mountain.
14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the recommendation is related to one or more of a product, a marketing strategy, a decision to deploy personnel, and a decision to approve or deny an insurance claim.
15 . One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed by a geocoded territory rating system, cause the geocoded territory rating system to:
receive a recommendation request associated with a real property, the recommendation request including an address associated with the real property; convert the address to an address coordinate; match the address coordinate with a geometric shape, the geometric shape indicative of a region with real properties having a shared profile; retrieve a rating factor based on the geometric shape; and generate a graphical user interface based on the rating factor, the graphical user interface including a recommendation.
16 . The non-transitory computer readable media storing instructions of claim 15 , wherein the address coordinate includes a latitude and a longitude.
17 . The non-transitory computer readable media storing instructions of claim 15 , which when executed by the geocoded territory rating system, cause the geocoded territory rating system to generate an indication of a change in the rating factor.
18 . The non-transitory computer readable media storing instructions of claim 15 , wherein the recommendation request is for one or more of a product and a service.
19 . The non-transitory computer readable media storing instructions of claim 15 , which when executed by the geocoded territory rating system, cause the geocoded territory rating system to perform an address standardization to the address.
20 . The non-transitory computer readable media storing instructions of claim 15 , wherein the recommendation is related to one or more of a product, a marketing strategy, a decision to deploy personnel, and a decision to approve or deny a claim.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
