Claims

Abstract

A beverage entertainment glass body includes a glass body having an upper opening, a fixing mechanism, a transparent part, a first reflecting mirror, a second reflecting mirror having light transmittance, and an image control part. The image control part displays a first image in a lower area of the image display screen and a second image in an upper area of the image display screen. The first and second reflecting mirrors are fixed in the glass body in an inclined state with respect to the image display screen. The second image, which is transmitted through the beverage and the transparent part, is reflected in a direction to the upper opening due to the second reflecting mirror. The first image, which is transmitted through the beverage and the transparent part, is reflected in the direction to the upper opening due to the first reflecting mirror, then reaches the upper opening after transmitted through the second reflecting mirror.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A beverage entertainment glass body, comprising:
 a glass body that is a bottomed and cylindrical body, having an upper opening;
 a fixing mechanism that fixes an image display device attached to a side surface of the glass body, 
 a transparent part that is provided on the side surface of the glass body, 
 a first reflecting mirror that is arranged inside the glass body, 
 a second reflecting mirror that is arranged inside the glass body, having light transmittance, and 
   an image control part that controls images displayed on an image display screen, which is an image display surface, of the image display device, wherein   the image control part that displays a first image in a lower area of the image display screen and a second image in an upper area of the image display screen,   the first reflecting mirror is fixed in the glass body in an inclined state with respect to the image display screen,
 the second reflecting mirror is fixed in the glass body in an inclined state with respect to the image display screen, 
 the second reflecting mirror is fixed in a space between the first reflecting mirror and the upper opening, 
 the second image, which is transmitted through the beverage in the glass body and the transparent part, is reflected in a direction to the upper opening due to the second reflecting mirror, 
   the first image, which is transmitted through the beverage in the glass body and the transparent part, is reflected in the direction to the upper opening due to the first reflecting mirror, and   the first image, which is reflected on the first reflecting mirror, reaches the upper opening after transmitted through the second reflecting mirror.   
     
     
         2 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 1 , wherein
 either the first reflecting mirror or the second reflecting mirror is configured to be detachable from the glass body,   all the side surfaces of the glass body are transparent,
 the image control part displays either the first image or the second image in a vertically inverted state on the image display screen such that one of the first image and the second image is displayed upside down. 
   
     
     
         3 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 1 , wherein
 a first angle that is formed between the first reflecting mirror and the image display screen is set 45 degrees or less, and   the image control part displays one of the first image and the second image on the image display screen, the one of the first image and the second image being extended or enlarged in a vertical direction that corresponds to a longitudinal direction of the glass body.   
     
     
         4 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 1 , wherein
 a second angle that is formed between the second reflecting mirror and the image display screen is set 45 degrees or less, and   the image control part displays one of the first image and the second image on the image display screen, the one of the first image and the second image being extended or enlarged in a vertical direction that corresponds to a longitudinal direction of the glass body.   
     
     
         5 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 1 , wherein
 a first angle is formed between the first reflecting mirror and the image display screen,   a second angle is formed between the second reflecting mirror and the image display screen, and   the first angle has an amount that is different from an amount of the second angle.   
     
     
         6 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the image control part displays the first image on the image display screen, the first image being extended or enlarged in the vertical direction.   
     
     
         7 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the first image is extended or enlarged only in the vertical direction.   
     
     
         8 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the image control part displays the second image on the image display screen, the second image being extended or enlarged in the vertical direction.   
     
     
         9 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 8 , wherein
 the second image is extended or enlarged only in the vertical direction.   
     
     
         10 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the image control part is a computer software or a computer program.   
     
     
         11 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the second reflecting mirror has a supporting rod having two ends,   an end of the second reflecting mirror is joined to one end of the supporting rod, and
 the other end of the supporting rod is provided with a U-shaped frame having a U-shape to be combined with an end of the upper opening, and 
   the second reflecting mirror is fixed inside the glass body by inserting the end of the upper opening into the U-shaped frame.   
     
     
         12 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the first reflecting mirror has a supporting rod having two ends,   an end of the first reflecting mirror is joined to one end of the supporting rod, and
 the other end of the supporting rod is provided with a U-shaped frame having a U-shape to be combined with an end of the upper opening, and 
   the first reflecting mirror is fixed inside the glass body by inserting the end of the upper opening into the U-shaped frame.   
     
     
         13 . The beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror are configured such that the distance between the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror is variable.   
     
     
         14 . A storage medium storing a computer program for use in the beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the computer program executes steps following:   obtaining the first image and the second image from a computer memory,
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the lower area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the upper area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
 displaying the first image in the lower area with reference to the position and/or the side of the lower area obtained from the computer memory, and 
 displaying the second image in the upper area with reference to the position and/or the side of the upper area obtained from the computer memory. 
   
     
     
         15 . A storage medium storing a computer program for use in the beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the computer program executes steps following:   obtaining the first image and the second image from a computer memory,
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the lower area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the upper area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
   executing vertically inverting process to the first image,
 displaying the first image in the lower area with reference to the position and/or the side of the lower area obtained from the computer memory, and 
 displaying the second image in the upper area with reference to the position and/or the side of the upper area obtained from the computer memory. 
   
     
     
         16 . A storage medium storing a computer program for use in the beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the computer program executes steps following:   obtaining the first image and the second image from a computer memory,
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the lower area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the upper area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
   executing vertically inverting process to the second image,
 displaying the first image in the lower area with reference to the position and/or the side of the lower area obtained from the computer memory, and 
 displaying the second image in the upper area with reference to the position and/or the side of the upper area obtained from the computer memory. 
   
     
     
         17 . A storage medium storing a computer program for use in the beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the computer program executes steps following:   obtaining the first image and the second image from a computer memory,
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the lower area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
 obtaining the position and/or the size of the upper area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
   executing extension or enlargement process to the first image in a vertical direction,
 displaying the first image in the lower area with reference to the position and/or the side of the lower area obtained from the computer memory, and 
 displaying the second image in the upper area with reference to the position and/or the side of the upper area obtained from the computer memory. 
   
     
     
         18 . A storage medium storing a computer program for use in the beverage entertainment glass according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the computer program executes steps following:   obtaining the first image and the second image from a computer memory,
 obtaining a position and/or a size of the lower area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
 obtaining the position and/or the size of the upper area on the image display screen from the computer memory, 
   executing extension or enlargement process to the second image in a vertical direction,
 displaying the first image in the lower area with reference to the position and/or the side of the lower area obtained from the computer memory, and 
 displaying the second image in the upper area with reference to the position and/or the side of the upper area obtained from the computer memory.
