Abstract

Provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure is an atomizer and an electronic cigarette, wherein the atomizer comprises a base, terminals and an atomizing core. Pins of the atomizing core pass through a through hole on the base and are bent and extended into an accommodating groove on the base. Each of the terminals is pressed and arranged in the accommodating groove and comprises a cylindrical fixing portion and a clamping portion extended from one end of the fixing portion. The clamping portion is recessed from an end towards the fixing portion to form clamping grooves. Each of the pins passes through the clamping groove and is fixed between the fixing portion and the accommodating groove. Therefore, the atomizer can be formed only by simple assembly, which saves the labor cost in the welding process, makes the automatic operation operable, and helps to improve the process efficiency.

1 . An atomizer, wherein the atomizer (A) comprises:
 a base ( 10 ), wherein the base ( 10 ) comprises a first end face (a) and a second end face (b) opposite to each other, and the base ( 10 ) is provided with a through hole ( 101 ) penetrating from the first end face (a) to the second end face (b), and accommodating grooves ( 102 ) recessed from the second end face (b) towards the first end face (a);   terminals ( 20 ), wherein each of the terminals ( 20 ) is pressed and arranged in the respective accommodating groove ( 102 ) and used for being connected to an electronic cigarette stem (B), and each of the terminals ( 20 ) comprises a fixing portion ( 201 ) and a clamping portion ( 202 ) extended from one end of the fixing portion ( 201 ), and the clamping portion ( 202 ) is recessed from an end towards the fixing portion ( 201 ) to form clamping grooves ( 203 ); and   an atomizing core ( 30 ) is provided with pins ( 301 ), and each of the pins ( 301 ) comprises a main body portion ( 3011 ) passing through the through hole ( 101 ), a steering portion ( 3012 ) extending from the main body portion ( 3011 ) towards the accommodating groove ( 102 ), and a connecting portion ( 3013 ) extending from the steering portion ( 3012 ) to the respective accommodating groove ( 102 );   wherein the connecting portion ( 3013 ) passes through the clamping groove ( 203 ) and is fixed between the fixing portion ( 201 ) and the accommodating groove ( 102 ), and the connecting portion ( 3013 ) is connected to the clamping groove ( 203 ) for electrically connecting the atomizing core ( 30 ) to each of the terminals ( 20 ).   
     
     
         2 . The atomizer according to  claim 1 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 a holder ( 40 ), wherein both ends of the holder ( 40 ) are opened to form a cavity, and a first end of the holder ( 40 ) is aligned with the through hole ( 101 ) and fixedly arranged on the base ( 10 );   the atomizing core ( 30 ) is aligned with the cavity and arranged at a second end of the holder ( 40 ).   
     
     
         3 . The atomizer according to  claim 2 , wherein the first end of the holder ( 40 ) is provided with an air hole ( 401 ) and a wire hole ( 402 ); and
 each of the pins ( 301 ) passes through the through hole ( 101 ) via the wire hole ( 402 ).   
     
     
         4 . The atomizer according to  claim 2 , wherein the base ( 10 ) is recessed from the first end face (a) towards the second end face (b) to form a notch groove ( 103 );
 the through hole ( 101 ) penetrates the bottom of the notch groove ( 103 );   the first end of the holder ( 40 ) is fixedly arranged in the notch groove ( 103 ).   
     
     
         5 . The atomizer according to  claim 2 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 a guide pipe ( 50 ), wherein an orifice of the guide pipe ( 50 ) is aligned with an opening at the second end of the holder ( 40 ).   
     
     
         6 . The atomizer according to  claim 5 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 a bracket ( 60 ) fixedly connected with the holder ( 40 ) and the guide pipe ( 50 ).   
     
     
         7 . The atomizer according to  claim 5 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 a storage cotton ( 70 ), wherein the storage cotton ( 70 ) is sleeved on the holder ( 40 ) and the guide pipe ( 50 ), and a first end of the storage cotton ( 70 ) is attached to the first end face (a) of the base ( 10 ).   
     
     
         8 . The atomizer according to  claim 7 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 an end cover ( 80 ), wherein the end cover ( 80 ) covers a second end of the storage cotton ( 70 ) and is provided with a guide hole ( 801 ), and the guide hole ( 801 ) is aligned with the orifice of the guide pipe ( 50 ).   
     
     
         9 . The atomizer according to  claim 8 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 an tar-absorbing cotton ( 90 ), wherein the tar-absorbing cotton ( 90 ) is provided on the end cover ( 80 ), and a leak ( 901 ) is arranged on the tar-absorbing cotton ( 90 ), and the leak ( 901 ) is aligned with the guide hole ( 801 ).   
     
     
         10 . The atomizer according to  claim 9 , wherein the end cover ( 80 ) is provided with a limit slot ( 802 );
 the tar-absorbing cotton ( 90 ) is arranged in the limit slot ( 802 ).   
     
     
         11 . The atomizer according to  claim 9 , wherein the end cover ( 80 ) is provided with a guide pipe ( 803 );
 the guide hole ( 801 ) is located on the guide pipe ( 803 );   a first end of the guide pipe ( 803 ) extends into the guide pipe ( 50 ).   
     
     
         12 . The atomizer according to  claim 11 , wherein the tar-absorbing cotton ( 90 ) is sleeved on a second end of the guide pipe ( 803 ) through the leak ( 901 ). 
     
     
         13 . The atomizer according to  claim 8 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 an outer cover ( 100 ) sleeved on an outer side of the storage cotton ( 70 ).   
     
     
         14 . The atomizer according to  claim 13 , wherein the first end face (a) of the base ( 10 ) is recessed from an edge to form a first step structure ( 104 );
 a side of the end cover ( 80 ) facing the base ( 10 ) is recessed from an edge to form a second step structure ( 804 );   the outer cover ( 100 ) is fixedly arranged between the base ( 10 ) and the end cover ( 80 ) through the first step structure ( 104 ) and the second step structure ( 804 ).   
     
     
         15 . The atomizer according to  claim 9 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 a cigarette holder ( 110 ), wherein the cigarette holder ( 110 ) is opened at both ends, and a first end of the cigarette holder ( 110 ) is sleeved on the end cover ( 80 ), and a second end of the cigarette holder ( 110 ) extends from an opening towards the second end to form an outlet pipe ( 1101 ), and the outlet pipe ( 1101 ) is aligned with the leak ( 901 ).   
     
     
         16 . The atomizer according to  claim 15 , wherein the atomizer (A) further comprises:
 a leak-proof plug ( 120 ) used to plug the outlet pipe ( 1101 ) from the second end of the cigarette holder ( 110 ).   
     
     
         17 . The atomizer according to  claim 1 , wherein the base ( 10 ) is recessed from the second end face (b) towards the first end face (a) to form a groove ( 105 );
 the through hole ( 101 ) penetrates through the first end face (a) to the bottom of the groove ( 105 ).   
     
     
         18 . The atomizer according to  claim 17 , wherein the second end face (b) of the base ( 10 ) is recessed to form a wire groove ( 106 ) communicating the accommodating groove ( 102 ) and the groove ( 105 );
 the steering portion ( 3012 ) of each of the pins ( 301 ) is located in the wire groove ( 106 ).   
     
     
         19 . The atomizer according to  claim 1 , wherein the clamping portion ( 202 ) is recessed from the end towards the fixing portion ( 201 ) to form a plurality of clamping grooves ( 203 ), and there is a certain distance between two adjacent clamping grooves ( 203 ), and at least one of the clamping grooves ( 203 ) is provided with at least one gap ( 204 ) in the direction of the fixing portion ( 201 ). 
     
     
         20 . An electronic cigarette, wherein the electronic cigarette comprises:
 an electronic cigarette stem (B); and   the atomizer (A) according to  claim 1 , wherein the atomizer (A) is configured to connect the electronic cigarette stem (B).
