Abstract

A shear wall connector comprising a pre-built member and a connector, the pre-built member comprising a side plate, a peg, and a shear key, the side plate being provided with a first through hole, the peg and the shear key being provided on the inner and outer sides of the side plate respectively, the peg being provided with a threaded hole at the end connected to the side plate and having the threaded hole aligned with the first through hole wherein the connection member comprises an H-beam, the flange plate of the H-beam being provided with a second through-hole and a shear key adaptor hole matching the first through-hole and the shear key in the side plate. The pre-built elements are pre-built in the concrete wall surface and are assembled by means of the connectors. During installation, the shear key is inserted into the shear key adaptor hole.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified

2 . The shear wall connection member according to claim 1 , wherein the first through holes and shear keys on the pre-built member are spaced alternately with each other.

3 . The shear wall connection member according to claim 1 , wherein the shear key is a conical table structure and the larger end is fixed to the side plate, and the shear key adaptor hole is an inverted conical hole adapted to the shear key.

4 . The shear wall connection member according to claim 1 , wherein the height of the shear key is 5-10 mm higher than the depth of the shear key adaptation hole.

5 . The shear wall connection member according to claim 1 , wherein the shear key adaptation hole is provided at the corner formed by the web and the ribs of the H-beam.

6 . The shear wall connection member according to claim 1 , wherein the peg is provided with a hemispherical top cap at one end away from the side plate, and the outer diameter of the hemispherical top cap being larger than the outer diameter of the peg.

7 . An assembled shear wall, comprising a reinforced concrete precast wall panel and the shear wall connection member according to claim 1 , wherein the side panels of a precast member are provided on the assembly surface of the precast wall panel, and the wall panel reinforcement in the precast wall panel is welded to the inner side of the side panels, the connection member being located between the assembly surfaces of two adjacent prefabricated wall panels, said prefabricated parts and the connection being matched and welded together by means of shear keys and shear key adaptation holes and being held together by bolts passing through second through holes, first through holes, and threaded holes in turn.

8 . The assembled shear wall as claimed in claim 7 , wherein for shear walls requiring a floor slab, a transverse connection is provided at the top of the shear wall, the floor slab comprising a prefabricated floor slab and a cast-in-place floor slab, the lapped end of the prefabricated floor slab being lapped to the lower flange plate of the H-beam by means of an exposed floor slab reinforcement with bending hooks, the cast-in-place floor slab is cast in place on the prefabricated floor slab and the end of a negative moment reinforcement is welded to the web of the H-beam.

9 . The assembled shear wall as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the side plate of the prefabricated member is located in the centre of the assembled face of the prefabricated wall slab and its sides are 8-12 mm from both sides of the prefabricated wall slab, and the width of the described connection being equal to the width of the side plate.

10 . A method for assembling the assembled shear wall according to claim 9 , comprising the following steps:
 a. making pre-built parts and connections according to the dimensions of the walls and floor slabs; b. forming a reinforcement mesh with a border by using the pre-built elements as a border and welding wall slab reinforcement on the inside thereof; c. prefabrication of precast wall panels with borders by pouring concrete inside the reinforcement mesh with borders and also prefabrication of precast floor slabs with exposed bent reinforcement; d. installation of multiple prefabricated wall panels by means of connectors to form one-, L-, T- and cross-shaped lower assembled shear walls, and ensuring that there are horizontal connectors in the areas where floor slabs are to be erected; e. installation of the prefabricated floor slab by lapping the exposed floor reinforcement with curved hooks of the prefabricated floor slab onto the lower flange plate of the horizontal connector H-beam; f. tying negative moment reinforcement to the prefabricated floor slab, with the ends of the negative moment reinforcement welded to the web of the H-beam and then pouring the cast-in-place floor slab; and g. installing the upper assembled shear wall in accordance with the installation method of the lower assembled shear wall; after the assembly is completed, the exposed connectors and pre-built connectors are treated with anti-rust paint for anti-rust treatment, and then the gaps in the connectors are filled with dry hard aerated concrete or rock wool, and finally painted with cement mortar.
