PHARMACEUTICAL COMBINATION THERAPY AND PREVENTION WITH APROTININ + NIRMATRELVIR OF SARS-CoV-2 AND/OR DISEASE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INFECTION, INCLUDING COVID-19

Abstract

The present application relates to the new the pharmaceutical combination therapy and prevention of SARS-CoV-2 and/or disease associated with this infection, including viral and bacterial pneumonia and COVID-19, using aprotinin (APR), ribavirin and / or nirmatrelvir (NIMR), the pharmaceutical kit and the pharmaceutical composition for this pharmaceutical combination therapy and prevention of SARS-CoV-2 and/or disease associated with this infection, including COVID-19.

1 . A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of a SARS-CoV-2 infection or a disease associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection, comprising: a therapeutically effective amount of aprotinin, nirmatrelvir and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and excipient. 
     
     
         2 . The pharmaceutical composition of  claim 1 , wherein the disease associated with SARS-CoV-2 is COVID-19. 
     
     
         3 . The pharmaceutical composition of  claim 1 , further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient selected from the group consisting of water, sodium chloride, L-lysine monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, benzyl alcohol, ethanol, glycerin, dimethyl sulfoxide, peppermint oil, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane. 
     
     
         4 . A pharmaceutical kit for the treatment or prevention of a SARS-CoV-2 infection or a disease associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection comprising:
 a therapeutically effective amount of aprotinin, ritonavir and / or nirmatrelvir, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the compounds are in an aqueous or lyophilized form.   
     
     
         5 . The pharmaceutical kit of  claim 4 , wherein the kit includes an aprotinin-containing pharmaceutical. 
     
     
         6 . The pharmaceutical kit of  claim 4 , wherein the kit includes a ritonavir-containing pharmaceutical. 
     
     
         7 . The pharmaceutical kit of  claim 4 , wherein the kit includes a nirmatrelvir-containing pharmaceutical.
