Sticky spacer fabrics, its fabrication method and garment made of the same
Abstract
A sticky spacer fabric and its manufacturing method, the sticky spacer fabric includes a first outer layer, an intermediate layer, and a second outer layer, with the intermediate layer interposed between the first and second outer layers and interknit with them. At least one of the first and second outer layers has a sticky surface formed by thermoplastic elastic yarns knitted together, with the sticky surface being exposed partially or fully to the outside of the first or second outer layer. The sticky spacer fabric of the present invention is suitable for making clothes that closely contact the wearer’s skin and can be used to replace invisible underwear or silica gel underwear. In addition to having slip-proofness and adhesion properties, the sticky spacer fabric of the present invention also provides better breathability, heat or moisture permeability, good comfort, excellent stretch and resilience, and environmental friendliness.
