Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions comprising polypeptides having xylanase activity and polypeptides having arabinofuranosidase activity for use in, e.g., animal feed. The present invention further relates to polypeptides having arabinofuranosidase activity, polypeptides having xylanase activity and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.

31 . A liquid composition comprising a polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity and one or more formulating agents, wherein:
(i) the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity has at least 80% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27; and (ii) the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.01-200 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
32 . The composition of claim 31 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 85% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
33 . The composition of claim 32 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.05-100 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
34 . The composition of claim 32 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.1-50 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
35 . The composition of claim 31 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 90% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
36 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.05-100 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
37 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.1-50 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
38 . The composition of claim 31 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
39 . The composition of claim 38 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.05-100 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
40 . The composition of claim 38 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.1-50 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
41 . The composition of claim 31 , further comprising one or more GH10 or GH11 polypeptides having xylanase activity.
42 . The composition of claim 41 , wherein the one or more GH10 or GH11 polypeptides is dosed in a range of 0.01-200 mg xylanase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
43 . The composition of claim 42 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 85% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
44 . The composition of claim 42 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 90% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
45 . The composition of claim 42 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.

The composition of claim 41 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.05-100 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm) and the one or more GH10 or GH11 polypeptides is dosed in a range of 0.05-100 mg xylanase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
47 . The composition of claim 46 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 85% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
48 . The composition of claim 46 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 90% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
49 . The composition of claim 46 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
50 . The composition of claim 41 , wherein the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.1-50 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm) and the one or more GH10 or GH11 polypeptides is dosed in a range of 0.1-50 mg xylanase protein per kg substrate (ppm).
51 . The composition of claim 50 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 85% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
52 . The composition of claim 50 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 90% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
53 . The composition of claim 50 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
54 . A liquid composition comprising a GH62 polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity, a GH10 or GH11 polypeptide having xylanase activity, and one or more formulating agents, wherein:
(i) the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity has at least 80% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27; and (ii) the ratio of the GH10 or GH11 xylanase to GH62 arabinofuranosidase is in the range of 50:1 to 1:50 xylanase:arabinofuranosidase.
55 . The composition of claim 54 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 85% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
56 . The composition of claim 54 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 90% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
57 . The composition of claim 54 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
58 . The composition of claim 54 , wherein the ratio of the GH10 or GH11 xylanase to GH62 arabinofuranosidase is in the range of 25:1 to 1:25 xylanase:arabinofuranosidase.
59 . The composition of claim 58 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 85% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
60 . The composition of claim 58 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 90% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.
61 . The composition of claim 58 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27.

(i) the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity has at least 80% sequence identity to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 27 and the polypeptide having arabinofuranosidase activity is dosed in a range of 0.01-200 mg arabinofuranosidase protein per kg substrate (ppm); (ii) the one or more GH10 or GH11 polypeptides is dosed in a range of 0.01-200 mg xylanase protein per kg substrate (ppm); and (ii) the ratio of the GH10 or GH11 xylanase to GH62 arabinofuranosidase is in the range of 50:1 to 1:50 xylanase:arabinofuranosidase.Cited by (0)
