System and method for notification transmission and confirmation management
Abstract
An apparatus, method, and computer program product are provided to translate message objects received in connection with request data objects to be translated into notification objects that are in format that can be received and processed by a system associated with an intended recipient to allow for efficient communication across disparate and incompatible systems. In some example implementations, otherwise a translation system transforms request information based on parameters associated with the message object and intended recipient to ensure that request information is properly received by recipient systems that may use obsolete, legacy, and/or specialized systems. Some example implementations involve the application of error detection protocols and the display of notification object information on a user interface that allows for system monitoring and error mediation.
Claims

21 . An apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, the memory comprising instructions that configure the apparatus to:
translate message payload information based on a set of message parameter information, wherein translating the message payload information comprises transforming at least a portion of the message payload information into a predetermined format associated with an intended recipient; generate a notification object, wherein the notification object comprises the translated message payload information; and transmit the notification object to the intended recipient via the first electronic communication method.
22 . The apparatus of claim 21 , the memory further comprising instructions that configure the apparatus to:
receive an indication of an acceptance status of the notification object; generate a renderable object associated with the message object, the notification object, and the indication of the acceptance status of the notification object; and transmit a control signal causing the renderable object to be displayed on a user interface as a set of selectable objects.
23 . The apparatus of claim 22 , wherein the set of message parameter information further comprises:
a unique message identifier; a time parameter associated with a request data object; and an identification of a second electronic communication method associated with the intended recipient.
24 . The apparatus of claim 23 , the memory further comprising instructions that configure the apparatus to:
detect an error condition associated with the acceptance status of the notification object.
25 . The apparatus of claim 24 , the memory further comprising instructions that configure the apparatus to:
based at least in part on detecting the error condition associated with the acceptance status of the notification object, transmit the notification object to the intended recipient via the second electronic communication method.
26 . The apparatus of claim 21 , wherein transforming the portion of the message payload information into the predetermined format associated with the intended recipient comprises generating an audible message by applying a text-to-speech protocol to the requirements associated with the request data object.
27 . The apparatus of claim 21 , wherein transforming the portion of the message payload information into the predetermined format associated with the intended recipient comprises causing representations reflecting requirements associated with the portion of the message payload information to be arranged in a predetermined region of a human-readable electronic message.
28 . A computer program product comprising at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable program code instruction stored therein, the computer-executable program code instructions comprising program code instructions configured to:
translate message payload information based on a set of message parameter information, wherein translating the message payload information comprises transforming at least a portion of the message payload information into a predetermined format associated with an intended recipient; generate a notification object, wherein the notification object comprises the translated message payload information; and transmit the notification object to the intended recipient via the first electronic communication method.
29 . The computer program product of claim 28 , wherein the computer-executable program code instructions further comprise program code instructions configured to:
receive an indication of an acceptance status of the notification object; generate a renderable object associated with the message object, the notification object, and the indication of the acceptance status of the notification object; and transmit a control signal causing the renderable object to be displayed on a user interface as a set of selectable objects.
30 . The computer program product of claim 29 , wherein the set of message parameter information further comprises:
a unique message identifier; a time parameter associated with a request data object; and an identification of a second electronic communication method associated with the intended recipient.
31 . The computer program product of claim 30 , wherein the computer-executable program code instructions further comprise program code instructions configured to:
detect an error condition associated with the acceptance status of the notification object.
32 . The computer program product of claim 31 , wherein the computer-executable program code instructions further comprise program code instructions configured to:
based at least in part on detecting the error condition associated with the acceptance status of the notification object, transmit the notification object to the intended recipient via the second electronic communication method.
33 . The computer program product of claim 28 , wherein transforming the portion of the message payload information into the predetermined format associated with the intended recipient comprises generating an audible message by applying a text-to-speech protocol to the requirements associated with the request data object.
34 . The computer program product of claim 28 , wherein transforming the portion of the message payload information into the predetermined format associated with the intended recipient comprises causing representations reflecting requirements associated with portion of the message payload information to be arranged in predetermined regions of a human-readable electronic message.
35 . A method for managing the translation and transmission of machine-generated messages, the method comprising:
translating message payload information based on a set of message parameter information, wherein translating the message payload information comprises transforming at least a portion of the message payload information into a predetermined format associated with an intended recipient; generating a notification object, wherein the notification object comprises the translated message payload information; and transmitting the notification object to the intended recipient via the first electronic communication method.
36 . The method of claim 35 , the method further comprising:
receiving an indication of an acceptance status of the notification object; generating a renderable object associated with the message object, the notification object, and the indication of the acceptance status of the notification object; and transmitting a control signal causing the renderable object to be displayed on a user interface as a set of selectable objects.
37 . The method of claim 36 , wherein the set of message parameter information further comprises:
a unique message identifier; a time parameter associated with a request data object; and an identification of a second electronic communication method associated with the intended recipient.
38 . The method of claim 37 , the method further comprising:
detecting an error condition associated with the acceptance status of the notification object; and based at least in part on detecting the error condition associated with the acceptance status of the notification object, transmit the notification object to the intended recipient via the second electronic communication method.
39 . The method of claim 35 , wherein transforming the portion of the message payload information into the predetermined format associated with the intended recipient comprises generating an audible message by applying a text-to-speech protocol to the requirements associated with the request data object.
40 . The apparatus of claim 35 , wherein transforming the portion of the message payload information into the predetermined format associated with the intended recipient comprises causing representations reflecting requirements associated with the portion of the message payload information to be arranged in a predetermined region of a human-readable electronic message.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
