Abstract

An example operation includes one or more of determining an occupant and an object in a vehicle, determining a type of the object, determining a first timestamp associated with the occupant and a second timestamp associated with the object, and responsive to the timestamps overlapping, notifying a device associated with the occupant when the value is greater than a threshold.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method comprising:
 determining an occupant and an object in a vehicle;   determining a type of the object;   determining a first timestamp associated with the occupant and a second timestamp associated with the object; and   responsive to the timestamps overlapping, notifying a device associated with the occupant when the value is greater than a threshold.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the notifying is based on a proximity of the object and the occupant. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the notifying occurs when the occupant is in a process of exiting the vehicle and the object remains in the vehicle. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the notifying occurs when it is determined that the occupant is in the vehicle and the object is not in the vehicle. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the notifying is sent to one or more occupants of the vehicle with the first timestamp overlapping with the second timestamp. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , comprising:
 notifying a server associated with the vehicle when the value is greater than another threshold, wherein the another threshold is greater than the threshold.   
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the value is determined to be a maximum value when the object cannot be determined. 
     
     
         8 . A system, comprising:
 a processor; and   a memory, wherein the processor and the memory are communicably coupled,   wherein the processor:   determines an occupant and an object in a vehicle;   determines a type of the object;   determines a first timestamp associated with the occupant and a second timestamp associated with the object; and   responsive to an overlap of the timestamps, notifies a device associated with the occupant when the value is greater than a threshold.   
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the notify is based on a proximity of the object and the occupant. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the notify occurs when the occupant is in a process of an exit of the vehicle and the object remains in the vehicle. 
     
     
         11 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the notify occurs when it is determined that the occupant is in the vehicle and the object is not in the vehicle. 
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the notify is sent to one or more occupants of the vehicle with the first timestamp overlaps with the second timestamp. 
     
     
         13 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the processor:
 notifies a server associated with the vehicle when the value is greater than another threshold, wherein the another threshold is greater than the threshold.   
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the value is determined to be a maximum value when the object cannot be determined. 
     
     
         15 . A computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, that when read by a processor, cause the processor to perform:
 determining an occupant and an object in a vehicle;   determining a type of the object;   determining a first timestamp associated with the occupant and a second timestamp associated with the object; and   responsive to the timestamps overlapping, notifying a device associated with the occupant when the value is greater than a threshold.   
     
     
         16 . The storage medium of  claim 15 , wherein the notifying is based on a proximity of the object and the occupant. 
     
     
         17 . The storage medium of  claim 15 , wherein the notifying occurs when the occupant is in a process of exiting the vehicle and the object remains in the vehicle. 
     
     
         18 . The storage medium of  claim 15 , wherein the notifying occurs when it is determined that the occupant is in the vehicle and the object is not in the vehicle. 
     
     
         19 . The storage medium of  claim 15 , wherein the processor performs:
 notifying a server associated with the vehicle when the value is greater than another threshold, wherein the another threshold is greater than the threshold.   
     
     
         20 . The storage medium of  claim 15 , wherein the value is determined to be a maximum value when the object cannot be determined.
