4 . A kit for treating or preventing a disease or disorder in a plant, the kit comprising:
a therapeutically effective amount of at least one active agent in a form suitable for application to a plant or plant locus, wherein the active agent is selected from the group consisting of: TPR-1, OR 1, MR 1, TCY1, PT150, PT155, PT156 PT157, PT158, PT159, PT160, PT162, PT163, PT164, PT165, PT166, and PT167; a container containing the composition; and instructions for using the composition.

5 . A method of preventing or treating a disease or disorder in a plant, the method comprising the steps of:
selecting a plant in need of preventing or treating a disease or disorder; and administering to the plant at least one agent selected from the group consisting of TPR-1, OR 1, MR 1, TCY1, PT150, PT155, PT156 PT157, PT158, PT159, PT160, PT162, PT163, PT164, PT165, PT166, and PT167, combinations thereof, and agricultural acceptable salts thereof.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the at least one agent is administered by at least one of spraying, atomizing, dusting, scattering, injectable, spray, a drench, a foliar, coating and pouring.

7 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the disease or disorder is selected from the group consisting of viral infection, bacterial infection, microbial infection, fungal infection, parasitic infection, and combinations thereof.

8 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the plant is a citrus plant and wherein the disease or disorder is selected from the group consisting of Huanglongbing (HLB), canker, bacterial spot, black pit, blast and citrus variegated chlorosis and citrus tristeza.

9 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the disease or disorder is caused by an infection with at least one member of the group consisting of Xanthomonas campestris, Xanthomonas axonopodis, Xanthomonas campestris pv., Pseudomonas syringae, Xylella fastidiosa, Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus, Erwinia amylovora, Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Agrobacterium rhizogenes, Ralstonia solanacearum, Clavibacter michiganesis, Xanthomonas campestris vesicatoria, Erwinia carotovora, Ralstonia solanacearu, Pseudomonas corrugate, Pseudomonas amygdale, Xanthomonas axonopodis pv., Glycines, Ralstonia solanacearum, Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens, Xanthomonas species, Erwinia species, Erwinia chrysanthemi, Erwinia ananas, Erwinia herbicola, Erwinia carotovora , and Acetic acid bacteria.
