Systems and methods for facilitating secure dual custody activities
Abstract
A system includes a provider computing system associated with a provider and configured to communicate with an employee device via a network, the provider computing system comprising a processing circuit including one or more processors and memory, the processing circuit configured to determine a dual custody activity to be performed or being in the process of being performed by an employee associated with the employee device, provide real-time instructions to the employee device while the employee performs the task where the real-time instructions are provided via an augmented reality (AR) overlay, monitor the employee while the employee performs the task by receiving monitoring information, detect based on the monitoring information that suspicious activity has occurred while the employee performs the task, and update the AR overlay based on the detected suspicious activity.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed:
1 . A system comprising:
a provider computing system associated with a provider and configured to communicate with an employee device via a network, the provider computing system comprising a processing circuit including one or more processors and memory, the processing circuit configured to:
determine a dual custody activity to be performed or being in the process of being performed by an employee associated with the employee device;
provide real-time instructions to the employee device while the employee performs the task, the real-time instructions being provided to the employee device via an augmented reality (AR) overlay displayed on the employee device;
monitor the employee while the employee performs the task, wherein monitoring the employee comprises receiving monitoring information pertaining to the employee performing the task while the employee performs the task;
detect, based on the monitoring information, that suspicious activity has occurred while the employee performs the task; and
update the AR overlay based on the detected suspicious activity.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the monitoring information comprises at least one of audio data, video data, physiological data, or thermal imaging data.
3 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:
a supervising employee device associated with a supervising employee of the provider, and wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
provide, upon detecting that the suspicious activity has occurred, an alert to the supervising employee device regarding the suspicious activity.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
upon detecting that the suspicious activity has occurred, at least one of revoke the employee's authorization or temporarily suspend the employee's authorization.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
update at least one of an employee ranking or an employee status corresponding to the employee based on the monitoring information.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to train an AI model based on the monitoring information.
7 . A system comprising:
a provider computing system associated with a provider and configured to communicate with an employee device via a network, the provider computing system comprising a processing circuit including one or more processors and memory, the processing circuit configured to:
determine an employee activity to be performed or being in the process of being performed by an employee associated with the employee device;
provide real-time instructions to the employee device via an augmented reality (AR) overlay displayed on the employee device while the employee performs the task; and
monitor the employee while the employee performs the task, wherein monitoring the employee comprises receiving monitoring information pertaining to the employee performing the task while the employee performs the task;
detect, based on the monitoring information, that suspicious activity has occurred while the employee performs the task; and
update the AR overlay based on the detected suspicious activity.
8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the monitoring information comprises at least one of audio data, video data, physiological data, or thermal imaging data.
9 . The system of claim 7 , further comprising:
a supervising employee device associated with a supervising employee of the provider, and wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
provide, upon detecting that the suspicious activity has occurred, an alert to the supervising employee device regarding the suspicious activity.
10 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
upon detecting that the suspicious activity has occurred, at least one of revoke the employee's authorization or temporarily suspend the employee's authorization.
11 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
update at least one of an employee ranking or an employee status corresponding to the employee based on the monitoring information.
12 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to train an AI model based on the monitoring information.
13 . The system of claim 7 , further comprising a plurality of sensors including at least one of a camera, a physiological sensor, or an accelerometer.
14 . A system comprising:
a provider computing system associated with a provider and configured to communicate with an employee device via a network, the provider computing system comprising a processing circuit including one or more processors and memory, the processing circuit configured to:
determine a dual custody activity to be performed or being in the process of being performed by an employee associated with the employee device;
provide display information including real-time instructions to the employee device while the employee performs the task;
monitor the employee while the employee performs the task, wherein monitoring the employee comprises receiving monitoring information pertaining to the employee performing the task while the employee performs the task;
detect, based on the monitoring information, that suspicious activity has occurred while the employee performs the task; and
update the display information based on the detected suspicious activity.
15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the monitoring information comprises at least one of audio data, video data, physiological data, or thermal imaging data.
16 . The system of claim 14 , further comprising:
a supervising employee device associated with a supervising employee of the provider, and wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
provide, upon detecting that the suspicious activity has occurred, an alert to the supervising employee device regarding the suspicious activity.
17 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
upon detecting that the suspicious activity has occurred, at least one of revoke the employee's authorization or temporarily suspend the employee's authorization.
18 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the real-time instructions are provided to the employee device via an augmented reality overlay.
19 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to:
update an employee ranking or an employee status corresponding to the employee based on the monitoring information.
20 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the processing circuit is further configured to train an AI model based on the monitoring information.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
