Computer networked filing engine
Abstract
A disclosed method may include receiving user information for electronically filing or updating an electronic data sheet that corresponds to a user and a domain; maintaining a record of past electronic activities by the user; electronically receiving interchange data associated with interchanges executed by the user; automatically generating the electronic data sheet for the user based on the user information and the interchange data, the electronic data sheet indicating a finalized amount of resources to be transmitted to the domain; and electronically adjusting an electronic value for the user according to a remittance risk determination that is based on the interchange data and the record of past electronic activities by the user, the adjusted electronic value indicating a maximum amount of resources for which an online software platform will transmit and receive protocols to enable providing by the online software platform the maximum amount of resources.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A computer system comprising:
at least one processor; and at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor, the at least one memory having computer executable instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause operations to be performed, the operations including:
receiving user information for electronically filing or updating an electronic data sheet that corresponds to a user and a domain;
maintaining a record of past electronic activities by the user;
electronically receiving interchange data associated with interchanges executed by the user;
automatically generating the electronic data sheet for the user based on the user information and the interchange data, the electronic data sheet indicating a finalized amount of resources to be transmitted to the domain;
electronically triggering a notification when a threshold is met for approaching a pre-allocated amount of resources;
electronically issuing an alert to electronically request additional resources from the user in response to resource amounts to be transmitted having exceeded an amount of resources received from the user;
electronically determining an estimated amount of resources to be transmitted based on an analysis of the interchange data associated with the interchanges executed by the user; and
electronically adjusting an electronic value for the user according to a remittance risk determination that is based on the interchange data and the record of past electronic activities by the user, the adjusted electronic value indicating a maximum amount of resources for which an online software platform will transmit and receive protocols to enable providing by the online software platform the maximum amount of resources on behalf of the user.
2 . The computer system of claim 1 , the computer system further comprising a service engine that includes a resource remitting component that electronically interfaces with the domain for electronically transmitting the finalized amount of resources.
3 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which the computer system is horizontally scalable such that a number of parallel courses can be multiplied and electronically executed in parallel by multiplying a number of components within the computer system.
4 . The computer system of claim 1 , further comprising an automated filing subsystem that enables the electronic data sheet to be automatically generated and filed electronically, after the user has performed an initial service setup, without further intervention by the user.
5 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which each parallel course in a set of multiple parallel courses through the computer system corresponds to a respective user having a respective data sheet electronically processed concurrently.
6 . The computer system of claim 5 , in which the operations further include:
electronically processing respective datasheets concurrently for a plurality of respective users.
7 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which:
electronically triggering the notification when the threshold is met for approaching the pre-allocated amount of resources comprises generating an automatic reclaim; or electronically triggering the notification when the threshold is met for approaching the pre-allocated amount of resources comprises generating an additional statement.
8 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which electronically adjusting the electronic value for the user comprises:
increasing the electronic value such that the adjusted electronic value indicates the maximum amount of resources; or decreasing the electronic value such that the adjusted electronic value indicates the maximum amount of resources.
9 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which the operations further include:
the online software platform electronically providing a specific amount of resources on behalf of the user based on a determination that the specific amount of resources does not exceed the maximum amount of resources; or the online software platform declining to electronically provide the specific amount of resources on behalf of the user based on a determination that the specific amount of resources exceeds the maximum amount of resources.
10 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which the operations further include:
temporarily adjusting the electronic value above the maximum amount of resources electronically for a limited duration based at least on the remittance risk determination, the analysis of the interchange data associated with the interchanges executed by the user, and an analysis of second interchange data associated with interchanges executed by at least another user.
11 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which the operations further include:
executing a risk algorithm to update VAT values in real time based on the record of past activities; and checking an electronic ledger for an availability of resources.
12 . The computer system of claim 11 , in which the operations further include dynamically issuing an internal notification in response to the risk algorithm indicating that an amount of risk exceeds a threshold.
13 . The computer system of claim 11 , in which the operations further include dynamically calculating an exact VAT amount for a return in response to the risk algorithm indicating that an amount of risk does not exceed the threshold.
14 . The computer system of claim 13 , in which the operations further include issuing to the user a notification that includes a request for resources.
15 . The computer system of claim 14 , in which the operations further include receiving the resources in response to issuing the notification to the user.
16 . The computer system of claim 11 , in which the operations further include:
reserving resources for allocating to the electronic data sheet in response to the electronic ledger indicating the availability of resources; and submitting the resources with the electronic data sheet on behalf of the user.
17 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which the operations further include keeping track of how the user is trending compared to an allowance of resources that is specified for the user.
18 . The computer system of claim 1 , in which the operations further include:
a scalable resource processing system resource transmission component causing transmission of VAT resources from an account of the scalable resource processing system such that direct transmission of the VAT resources from the user is avoided.
