Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A topical composition comprising:
 a tripeptide-1; a hexapeptide-11; and a hexapeptide-12.

2 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition, when applied to skin, is effective to achieve at least one selected from: reduced skin laxity; improved skin texture; decreased skin crepiness; improved body contouring; accelerated fat reduction; and elimination of lipid droplets.

3 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the tripeptide-1 is present at a concentration of about 1 ppm to about 1000 ppm.

4 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the tripeptide-1 is present at a concentration of about 1 ppm to about 50 ppm.

5 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the tripeptide-1 is present at a concentration of about 1 ppm to about 10 ppm.

6 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the hexapeptide-11 is present at a concentration of about 0.001 wt. % to about 6 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition.

7 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the hexapeptide-12 is present at a concentration of about 0.5 ppm to about 1000 ppm.

8 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein the hexapeptide-12 is present at a concentration of about 0.5 ppm to about 10 ppm.

         9 . The topical composition of claim 1 , further comprising a tetrapeptide-2.

10 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the tripeptide-1, the hexapeptide-11, and the hexapeptide-12 are functionalized with a fatty acid selected from the group consisting of: myristoleic acid; palmitoleic acid; sapienic acid; oleic acid; elaidic acid; vaccenic acid; linoleic acid; linoelaidic acid; α-linolenic acid; arachidonic acid; eicosapentaenoic acid; erucic acid; docosahexaenoic acid; caprylic acid; capric acid; lauric acid; palmitic acid; stearic acid; arachidic acid; behenic acid; lignoceric acid; and cerotic acid.

11 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the tripeptide-1 comprises palmitoyl tripeptide-1, myristoyl tripeptide-1, or a combination thereof.

12 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the hexapeptide-12 comprises one of palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, myristoyl hexapeptide-12, or a combination thereof.

13 . The topical composition of claim 1 , further comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of: hydrolyzed Candida saitoana extract; Plantago lanceolata extract; Euglena gracilis extract; Glaucium flavum extract; hydroxymethoxyphenyl decanone; Tremella fuciformis extract; ceramide; palmitic acid; shea butter; bentonite; phytoene/phytofluene; caffeine; niacinamide; lecithin; avocado extract; dill extract; flax seed/linseed extract; oleuropein; Centella asiatica extract; and phosphatidylserine.

14 . The topical composition of claim 1 , wherein:
the tripeptide-1 is present at a concentration of about 0.0001 wt. % to about 10 wt. %, relative to the weight of the total composition; the hexapeptide-11 is present at a concentration of about 0.001 wt. % to about 6 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition; and the hexapeptide-12 is present at a concentration of about 0.00005 wt. % to about 10 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition.

15 . The composition of claim 2 , wherein the composition is applied to skin before or after a body shaping or body contouring procedure comprising at least one of: low-level laser therapy; infrared light therapy; pulsed focused ultrasound therapy; radiofrequency induced electroporation; injection of lipolytic agents; liposuction; cryolipolysis; and surgical body contouring.

16 . The composition of claim 2 , wherein the composition is applied to skin of the submental region, abdomen, face, flank, back, neck, arm, leg, buttock, or combination thereof.

         17 . A topical composition comprising:
