Communication system, base station and user equipment

Abstract

A communication system capable of a stable communication operation between a base station device and a communication terminal device. A UE is configured to communicate with an MeNB directly or through a SeNB. The UE is set to transmit, to the MeNB and the SeNB, transmission data addressed to the MeNB when an amount of the transmission data exceeds a predetermined threshold. The UE is set to transmit the transmission data not to the SeNB but to the MeNB when the amount is smaller than or equal to the threshold. The threshold is changed so that the transmission data is transmitted to the MeNB and the SeNB, when the SeNB is set to communicate with the UE with radio resources periodically allocated and the amount of the transmission data is smaller than or equal to the threshold.

1 . A communication system comprising:
 a user equipment; and   a base station configured to communicate with the user equipment by use with switching of a plurality of beams formable by beamforming,   wherein the base station transmits, to the user equipment, measurement configuration information used for beam measurement by the user equipment.   
     
     
         2 . The communication system according to  claim 1 , wherein the base station transmits, to the user equipment, reporting configuration information related to reporting the beam measurement transmitted from the user equipment to the base station. 
     
     
         3 . The communication system according to  claim 2 , wherein the user equipment transmits, to the base station, the reporting based on the reporting configuration information. 
     
     
         4 . The communication system according to  claim 3 , wherein the user equipment transmits, to the base station, the reporting using radio resource control (RRC) signaling. 
     
     
         5 . The communication system according to  claim 1 , wherein the base station transmits, to the user equipment, configuration information including both of the measurement configuration information and related information used in beam switching of the user equipment. 
     
     
         6 . A base station in a communication system comprising a user equipment and the base station configured to communicate with the user equipment by use with switching of a plurality of beams formable by beamforming,
 wherein the base station transmits, to the user equipment, measurement configuration information used for beam measurement by the user equipment.   
     
     
         7 . A user equipment in a communication system comprising the user equipment and a base station configured to communicate with the user equipment by use with switching of a plurality of beams formable by beamforming,
 wherein the user equipment receives, from the base station, measurement configuration information used for beam measurement by the user equipment.
