Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A tamper resistant system for reliably providing factual data as attribute information of specified persons, the system comprising:
one or more computing arrangements respectively including a hardware processor, a memory, and a communication means, for use in providing one or more specifications and/or one or more resources that specify and/or provide secure mechanisms for:
stipulating by a fact stipulating authority specific one or more attributes stated as facts and descriptive of a subject person to provide the subject person with identification information comprising subject person stated-as-fact attribute information;
employing one or more secure fact verification test methods to:
verify that plural stipulated fact attribute content instances were stipulated by their respective different stipulated fact issuing authorities, such attribute content instances respectively issued by such fact issuing authorities to a subject person, such instances collectively comprising an attribute information set that characterizes the subject person, the verification performed at least in part (i) by the fact attribute content instances' respective fact issuing authorities that respectively stipulated the subject person's fact attributes, and/or (ii) by one or more other fact verification authorities having the delegated responsibility to perform verifications,
ensure that one or more biometrically identified stakeholder persons of one or more fact issuing authorities certified, using their stakeholder biometric identification information, the respective one or more stipulated fact attributes descriptive of the subject person, and
validate plural fact issuing authorities respective stipulated fact attribute content instances, whereby the specific stipulated fact attribute content instances are respectively securely validated using secure fact verification test methods operated by the respective fact issuing authorities and/or one or more fact authorities' respective agent fact test services;
storing cryptographically protected fact issuing authority stipulated fact identification information;
specifying time-based expiring of one or more of the subject person's stipulated fact attributes; and
revoking the subject person's one or more stipulated fact attributes.
2 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables a fact authority to be a fact stipulating authority, a fact issuing authority, and/or a fact verification authority.

A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables providing one or more stipulated fact attribute content instances as repute component content elements that are individually verifiable using standardized such secure fact verification test methods.
11 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables value chain members to validate stipulated fact attribute content information through the use of one or more secure fact verification test methods.
12 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables a system user to filter, sort, prioritize, and/or otherwise aid in the arrangement of subject persons as candidate resources for user purpose fulfillment based on the subject persons' respective one or more stipulated fact attributes.
13 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables selectively disclosing one or more of a subject person's authority-stipulated fact identification information attributes.
14 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables a user and/or stakeholder to employ a standardized credential test method for ensuring a standardized security reliability level.
15 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables a credentialed person to hold one or more credentials that inform users regarding the credentialed person's one or more domain authority expertise attributes.
16 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables employing tamper resistant processing and memory space for decryption and rules processing.
17 . A system as in claim 1 , wherein the providing of one or more specifications and/or one or more resources enables securely matching a contextual purpose expression against a subject person's stipulated fact attribute information to enable identifying one or more resource entities that have user purpose satisfying characteristics.
18 . A method for reliably providing factual data as attribute information of specified persons, the method comprising:
providing, through the use of one or more computing arrangements respectively including a hardware processor, a memory, and a communication means, one or more specifications and/or one or more resources that at least in part specify and/or provide tamper resistant secure mechanisms for:
