Authentication at atm and handshake between customer and driver
Abstract
Systems, methods, and apparatuses described herein relate to a method for providing authentication with respect to a cash delivery request made by a customer using a customer user device of the customer. The method includes receiving at least one of security information or a first cash authentication code (CAC) from a cash dispenser machine. The cash dispenser machine obtains the security information or the first CAC from a first user device of a driver or the driver. The method includes authenticating the driver based on at least one of the security information or the first CAC. The method includes generating a second CAC. The method includes transmitting the second CAC to the first user device of the driver. The method includes authenticating the driver and the customer based on at least one of the security information or the second CAC.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method, comprising:
causing, by a provider computing system for display on a first user device, a first authentication code in response to determining that a first location of the first user device is at a location of an asset repository; receiving, by the provider computing system from the asset repository, the first authentication code and security information, wherein the security information comprises a captured image of a first user of the first user device, the captured image is captured by a camera at the asset repository; and causing, by the provider computing system for display on a second user device in response to determining that a second location of the first user device is within a predetermined distance of a location of the second user device, second authentication code in response to authenticating the first user based on the captured image and the first authentication code.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first authentication code is displayed in response to a biometric response is received at the asset repository.
3 . The method of claim 1 , comprising causing, by the provider computing system for display on the first user device, an interface comprising the first authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises a verification response text indicating whether an identify of the first user is authenticated by the provider computing system.
4 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising:
receiving user selection of the first user of corresponding to viewing a delivery route; and causing the first user device to display a current location of the first user device and a current location of the second user device.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising authenticating the first user by comparing, by the provider computing system, a stored image of the first user with the captured image of the user.
6 . The method of claim 1 , comprising causing, by the provider computing system for display on the second user device, an interface comprising the second authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises an estimated time of arrival of the first user device to the location of the second user device and a profile of the first user.
7 . The method of claim 1 , comprising causing, by the provider computing system for display on the second user device, an interface comprising the second authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises the captured image of the first user captured by the camera of the asset repository.
8 . A provider computing system, comprising at least one memory and at least one processor configured to:
cause, for display on a first user device, a first authentication code in response to determining that a first location of the first user device is at a location of an asset repository; receive, from the asset repository, the first authentication code and security information, wherein the security information comprises a captured image of a first user of the first user device, the captured image is captured by a camera at the asset repository; and cause, for display on a second user device in response to determining that a second location of the first user device is within a predetermined distance of a location of the second user device, second authentication code in response to authenticating the first user based on the captured image and the first authentication code.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the first authentication code is displayed in response to a biometric response is received at the asset repository.
10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause for display on the first user device an interface comprising the first authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises a verification response text indicating whether an identify of the first user is authenticated by the provider computing system.
11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
receive user selection of the first user of corresponding to viewing a delivery route; and cause the first user device to display a current location of the first user device and a current location of the second user device.
12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to authenticate the first user by comparing, by the provider computing system, a stored image of the first user with the captured image of the user.
13 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause for display on the second user device an interface comprising the second authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises an estimated time of arrival of the first user device to the location of the second user device and a profile of the first user.
14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause for display on the second user device, an interface comprising the second authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises the captured image of the first user captured by the camera of the asset repository.
15 . At least one non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising computer-readable instructions, such that, when executed, causes at least one processor to:
cause, for display on a first user device, a first authentication code in response to determining that a first location of the first user device is at a location of an asset repository; receive, from the asset repository, the first authentication code and security information, wherein the security information comprises a captured image of a first user of the first user device, the captured image is captured by a camera at the asset repository; and cause, for display on a second user device in response to determining that a second location of the first user device is within a predetermined distance of a location of the second user device, second authentication code in response to authenticating the first user based on the captured image and the first authentication code.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the first authentication code is displayed in response to a biometric response is received at the asset repository.
17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause for display on the first user device an interface comprising the first authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises a verification response text indicating whether an identify of the first user is authenticated by the provider computing system.
18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
receive user selection of the first user of corresponding to viewing a delivery route; and cause the first user device to display a current location of the first user device and a current location of the second user device.
19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to authenticate the first user by comparing, by the provider computing system, a stored image of the first user with the captured image of the user.
20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause for display on the second user device an interface comprising the second authentication code, wherein the interface further comprises at least one of:
an estimated time of arrival of the first user device to the location of the second user device and a profile of the first user; or the captured image of the first user captured by the camera of the asset repository.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
