Claims

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a cigarette rod and an atomization device, the cigarette rod includes a housing, a first bracket, a power device, a circuit board assembly, a conductive device, a board assembly, a display component, and a display unit. An installation space is defined in the housing, and a display port is defined on the housing. The first bracket is located within the installation space. The power device and the circuit board assembly are respectively installed on the first bracket. The display component includes a screen and a display unit which electrically connected to the circuit board assembly. The display unit is corresponding to the display port, and the screen is located on one of the first bracket and the housing to close the display port. Users observe the display information through the display unit, which improves the intelligence of the circuit board rod.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cigarette rod for an atomization device comprising:
 a housing, an installation space and a display port defined in the housing;   a first bracket installed in the installation space;   a power device located on the first bracket;   a circuit board assembly located on the first bracket;   a conductive device electrically connected to the power device and the circuit board assembly; and   a display component comprising a display unit and a screen,   wherein the display unit is connected to the circuit board assembly and arranged on the first bracket, and at least part of the display unit is exposed from the display port, and the screen located on the first bracket and/or the housing to cover the display port.   
     
     
         2 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , wherein the first bracket comprises a first side and a second side, and the first side and the second side are arranged along a thickness direction of the first bracket, the circuit board assembly is located on the first side of the first bracket, the display unit is located on the second side of the first bracket. 
     
     
         3 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 2 , wherein a first through hole is defined in the first side of the first bracket, and the display unit is installed to the second side of the first bracket through the first through hole. 
     
     
         4 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , wherein the circuit board assembly and the display unit are located on a same side of the first bracket. 
     
     
         5 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 4 , wherein the cigarette rod further comprises a second bracket, the second bracket is located on a side of the display unit away from the display port, and the circuit board assembly is arranged on the second bracket. 
     
     
         6 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 5 , wherein the second bracket provides multiple protrusions, and the multiple protrusions are spaced apart and located on a side of the second bracket deviating from the display unit, and the circuit board assembly is arranged on the multiple protrusions, and
 the second bracket defines a second through hole, and the display unit is connected to the circuit board assembly through the second through hole.   
     
     
         7 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , further comprising a circular first seal part, wherein the screen is located on the first bracket, and the circular first seal part is located between the screen and the first bracket. 
     
     
         8 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , further comprising a wireless communication module, wherein the wireless communication module is located on the first bracket and is electrically connected to the circuit board assembly. 
     
     
         9 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 8 , wherein the wireless communication module faces the screen. 
     
     
         10 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 8 , wherein the wireless communication module comprises at least one of a bluetooth antenna and an NFC antenna. 
     
     
         11 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , further comprising a trim, wherein a socket is defined in one end of the housing, and the trim is located in the installation space and arranged around the socket. 
     
     
         12 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , further comprising a sensor, wherein the sensor is electrically connected to the circuit board assembly and configured to sense information of airflow, pressure changes, or sound waves; and,
 the circuit board assembly is configured to obtain a number of inhalations through a detection signal of the sensor, and transmit information of the number of the inhalations to the display unit, the display unit is configured to display the number of the inhalations.   
     
     
         13 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 12 , further comprising a circular second seal part, wherein an airflow vent is defined on the circuit board assembly, the sensor is located on a side of the circuit board assembly and corresponds to the airflow vent, the circular second seal part is located on a side of the circuit board assembly away from the sensor, the second seal part is arranged around the airflow vent. 
     
     
         14 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 1 , further comprising a vibration motor, wherein the vibration motor is electrically connected to the circuit board assembly, and the vibration motor is configured to vibrate when the conductive device conducts with a cartridge module. 
     
     
         15 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 14 , further comprising a third bracket connected to the first bracket, wherein the third bracket comprises a body and a clamping part, a groove is defined in the body, two ends of the clamping part are connected to inner walls of the groove, and a clamping space is formed between the clamping part and the inner walls of the groove, and
 the clamping part is configured to be deformed to allow the vibration motor to enter the clamping space, and the clamping part is configured to recover from the deformation to clamp the vibration motor with the inner walls of the groove.   
     
     
         16 . The cigarette rod according to  claim 15 , wherein the vibration motor and the circuit board assembly are located on opposite sides of the third bracket, and a third through hole is defined in a bottom wall of the groove, the vibration motor is connected to the circuit board assembly through the third through hole. 
     
     
         17 . A cigarette rod for an atomization device comprising:
 a housing, an installation space and a display port defined in the housing;   a first bracket installed in the installation space to install a power device placed in the installation space;   a circuit board assembly located on the first bracket;   a conductive device electrically connected to the power device and the circuit board assembly; and   a display component comprising a display unit and a screen,   wherein the display unit is connected to the circuit board assembly, and arranged on the first bracket, and at least part of the display unit is exposed from the display port, and the screen located on the first bracket and/or the housing to cover the display port.   
     
     
         18 . An atomization device comprising:
 a cartridge module defining a first pin; and   a cigarette rod comprises:
 a housing, an installation space and a display port defined in the housing; 
 a first bracket installed in the installation space; 
 a power device located on the first bracket; 
 a circuit board assembly located on the first bracket; 
 a conductive device electrically connected to the power device and the circuit board assembly; and 
 a display component comprising a display unit and a screen, 
 wherein the display unit is connected to the circuit board assembly, and arranged on the first bracket, and at least part of the display unit is exposed from the display port, and the screen located on the first bracket and/or the housing to cover the display port, and 
 the cartridge module is inserted into the cigarette rod to make the first pin contact with the conductive device to power the cartridge module. 
   
     
     
         19 . The atomization device according to  claim 18 , wherein the cartridge module comprises a heating element and a sensing circuit board, the heating element provides a second pin electrically connected to the sensing circuit board, and the first pin is connected to the sensing circuit board or constructed by a part of the sensing circuit board, the sensing circuit board is configured to sense a taste of substances formable smoke within the cartridge module. 
     
     
         20 . The atomization device according to  claim 19 , wherein a positioning hole is defined on the sensing circuit board, and the second pin is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the second pin.
