Abstract

The present invention discloses a dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric and its manufacturing process, the dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric comprises a single jersey part and a sherpa part, wherein raw materials of the single jersey part are a combination of 100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester-cotton blended yarn, viscose, viscose-polyester blended yarn and chinlon, while the raw material of the sherpa part is 100% polyester; the present invention utilizes a new process for manufacturing, which eliminates the need of glue during the production of fabrics by personnel, reduces environmental pollution, and improve health of consumers; moreover, because the fabric is integrally formed, the softness of the fabric is prevented from being decreased due to excessive addition of glue, so that the softness of the fabric can be improved by 50% and the elasticity of the fabric can be improved by 70%, the service life of the fabric is prolonged, and the manufacturing process is simple, which reduces the labor cost of enterprises, reduces the labor amount of personnel and increases the economic effect of enterprises.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric, comprising a single jersey part ( 1 ) and a sherpa part ( 2 ) thereof, being characterized in that: raw materials of the single jersey part ( 1 ) are a combination of 100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester-cotton blended yarn, viscose, viscose-polyester blended yarn and chinlon, while the raw material of the sherpa part ( 2 ) is 100% polyester. 
     
     
         2 . The dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric according to  claim 1 , being characterized in that: the single jersey part ( 1 ) has a single-sided fabric structure, the sherpa part ( 2 ) has a cut-loop sherpa structure, and a plurality of air holes are left above the single jersey part ( 1 ). 
     
     
         3 . A manufacturing process of a dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric, being characterized in that, comprising the following steps:
 step S01 of material processing: knitting the single jersey and the 100% polyester sherpa integrally in one finishing;   step S02 of high-temperature dyeing: putting the product obtained in the step S01 into a high-temperature dyeing machine, and performing high-temperature dyeing on the product with the high-temperature dyeing machine;   step S03 of dehydration treatment: putting the product obtained in the step S02 into a dehydration equipment for dehydration treatment;   step S04 of drying treatment: putting the product obtained after dehydration in the step S03 into a drying device for drying treatment;   step S05 of adding chemicals: adding an antistatic agent, a softener, a fluffing agent and a smoothing agent to the product in sequence during the drying process;   step S06 of brushing for the sherpa part ( 2 ): putting the product obtained in the step S05 in a high-speed carding machine for brushing to open sherpa fibers, and then a semi-finished sherpa fabric is obtained;   step S07 of shaping and packaging: putting the product into a granulator for kneading at a high temperature, and finally shaping the product into a finished product.   
     
     
         4 . The manufacturing process of a dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric according to  claim 3 , being characterized in that: the fabric needs to be first put into a cleaning pool for cleaning and sterilization during the process of high-temperature dyeing. 
     
     
         5 . The manufacturing process of a dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric according to  claim 4 , being characterized in that: dyes used in the step S02 are reactive dyes, disperse dyes and cationic dyes.
