Abstract
A workwear unit for detecting, documenting, analyzing, monitoring and/or teaching processes includes a portable control system, at least one functional module connected with the portable control system, and which comprises at least a sensor module and a peripheral device, and at least a glove fastening the portable control system and the functional module to a user's body. The portable control system and the sensor module form a structural unit connected with the glove. The sensor module has a barcode scanner fastened to the back of a hand. The peripheral device has an electrical release which is arranged outside on an index finger of the glove.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A workwear unit for at least one of detecting, documenting, analyzing, monitoring or teaching processes, having a portable control system, at least one functional module which is connected with the control system and which comprises at least one sensor module, and having at least a glove configured to be worn on a hand and fastens the functional module to a user's body,
wherein the functional module comprises a sensor module which has a barcode scanner, wherein the control system is configured to receive signals from the functional module and to determine therefrom an activity of the user of the workwear unit.
2 . The workwear unit according to claim 1 , wherein the functional module is connected with the control system via a radio signal.
3 . The workwear unit according to claim 2 , wherein the radio signal is WLAN or Bluetooth.
4 . The workwear unit according to claim 1 , wherein the control system is configured to acquire information of the sensor module and determine the activity of the user using the acquired information.
5 . The workwear unit according to claim 1 , wherein the control system is configured to at least one of detect, document, analyze, monitor or teach processes which include manual activity by the user of the workwear unit.
6 . The workwear unit according to claim 1 , wherein the control unit is configured to determine a spatial position of the user or of the hand of the user by use of at least one anchor point.
7 . The workwear unit according to claim 6 , wherein scanning of a particular barcode is an anchor point.
8 . The workwear unit according to claim 1 , wherein the functional module comprises at least one of a RFID reader, a RFID writer, a lacquer film thickness measuring device, an NFC reader, a motion sensor system or an environment sensor system.
9 . The workwear unit according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the functional module comprises at least one peripheral device or the glove has a seat for the sensor module.
10 . The workwear unit according to claim 9 , wherein at least one of the peripheral device is integrated into the glove.
11 . The workwear unit according to claim 9 , wherein the peripheral device has a contact point via which a connection with the control system is permitted.
12 . The workwear unit according to claim 11 , wherein the peripheral device has an electrical release.
13 . The workwear unit according to claim 11 , wherein the glove has conducting tracks which electrically connect the contact point with remaining peripheral devices.
14 . The workwear unit according to claim 13 , wherein at least one of the conducting tracks, an antenna, a contact sensor or further components are made of conductive yarn, wire or strands which are sewed in the glove or enclosed by weaving.
15 . The workwear unit according to claim 9 , wherein the seat is a pocket into which the sensor module can be inserted and from which the sensor module can be withdrawn again, or in that the seat is a guide, in which the sensor module can be pushed in and out.
16 . The workwear unit according to claim 9 , wherein the sensor module can be fastened to the glove by means of the seat.
17 . The workwear unit according to claim 14 , wherein the sensor module constitutes the functional module.
18 . The workwear unit according to claim 14 , wherein the sensor module has an output means, a display, LEDs or a LED matrix.
19 . A method of at least one of detecting, documenting, analyzing, monitoring or teaching processes which comprise a manual operation, the method comprising the steps of:
a) collecting information of at least one of the sensor module or a peripheral device of the workwear unit according to claim 1 , and b) determining the activity of the user of the workwear unit based on the collected information.
20 . The method according to claim 19 , wherein a spatial position of the user or of the hand of the user is determined by use of at least one anchor point.
21 . The method according to claim 20 , wherein scanning of a particular barcode is an anchor point.
22 . The method according to claim 19 , wherein the determined activity of the user is at least one of
checked for plausibility and a signal is output for the user based on a result of the check, or stored in a memory of the control system along with at least one of information about an error rate obtained by the plausibility check, a working time, information of a vitality sensor system or information of an environment sensor system.Cited by (0)
