Abstract

The present invention discloses a microcrystalline glass, a microcrystalline glass product, and a manufacturing method therefor. The main crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass comprises lithium silicate and a quartz crystal phase. The haze of the microcrystalline glass of the thickness of 0.55 mm is below 0.6%. The microcrystalline glass comprises the following components in percentage by weight: SiO 2 : 65-85%; Al 2 O 3 : 1-15%; Li 2 O: 5-15%; ZrO 2 : 0.1-10%; P 2 O 5 : 0.1-10%; K 2 O: 0-10%; MgO: 0-10%; ZnO: 0-10%. A four-point bending strength of the microcrystalline glass product is more than 600 Mpa.

1 . A microcrystalline glass product comprising, in percentage by weight, 65-85% of SiO 2 , 5.83-11.29% of Al 2 O 3 , 5-15% of Li 2 O, 0.1-6.52% of ZrO 2 , 0.79-2.5% of P 2 O 5 , 0<K 2 O≤6.42%, 0-10% of MgO, 0-10% of ZnO, 0-5% of Na 2 O, and 0-1% of BaO,
 wherein (SiO 2 +Al 2 O 3 +Li 2 O+ZrO 2 )/P 2 O 5  is 40-90, and (Al 2 O 3 +Li 2 O)/P 2 O 5  is 8.5-20. 
 
     
     
         2 . The microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 1 , wherein a main crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass product accounts for, in percentage by weight, 50-92% of the microcrystalline glass product. 
     
     
         3 . The microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 2 , wherein the main crystal phase comprises at least one of quartz, lithium silicate, or petalite. 
     
     
         4 . The microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 3 , wherein a quartz crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass product accounts for, in percentage by weight, less than 70% of the microcrystalline glass product. 
     
     
         5 . The microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 3 , wherein a lithium silicate crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass product accounts for, in percentage by weight, less than 55% of the microcrystalline glass product. 
     
     
         6 . The microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 3 , wherein a petalite crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass product accounts for, in percentage by weight, less than 40% of the microcrystalline glass product. 
     
     
         7 . The microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 1 , further comprising a colorant. 
     
     
         8 . A microcrystalline glass comprising, in percentage by weight, 65-85% of SiO 2 , 5.83-11.29% of Al 2 O 3 , 5-15% of Li 2 O, 0.1-6.52% of ZrO 2 , 0.79-2.5% of P 2 O 5 , 0<K 2 O≤6.42%, 0-10% of MgO, 0-10% of ZnO, 0-5% of Na 2 O, 0-1% of BaO, and 0<colorant≤8%,
 wherein (SiO 2 +Al 2 O 3 +Li 2 O+ZrO 2 )/P 2 O 5  is 40-90, and (Al 2 O 3 +Li 2 O)/P 2 O 5  is 8.5-20. 
 
     
     
         9 . The microcrystalline glass according to  claim 8 , wherein a main crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass product accounts for, in percentage by weight, 50-92% of the microcrystalline glass product. 
     
     
         10 . The microcrystalline glass according to  claim 9 , wherein the main crystal phase comprises at least one of quartz, lithium silicate, or petalite. 
     
     
         11 . The microcrystalline glass according to  claim 10 , wherein a quartz crystal phase of the microcrystalline glass product accounts for, in percentage by weight, less than 70% of the microcrystalline glass product. 
     
     
         12 . The microcrystalline glass according to  claim 8 , wherein the colorant comprises at least one of NiO, Ni 2 O 3 , or Pr 2 O 5 , and the colorant accounts for, in percentage by weight, greater than 0% and equal to or less than 4%. 
     
     
         13 . A glass product comprising, in percentage by weight, 65-85% of SiO 2 , 5.83-11.29% of Al 2 O 3 , 5-15% of Li 2 O, 0.1-6.52% of ZrO 2 , 0.79-2.5% of P 2 O 5 , 0<K 2 O≤6.42%, 0-10% of MgO, 0-10% of ZnO, 0-5% of Na 2 O, 0-1% of BaO,
 wherein (SiO 2 +Al 2 O 3 +Li 2 O+ZrO 2 )/P 2 O 5  is 40-90, and (Al 2 O 3 +Li 2 O)/P 2 O 5  is 8.5-20, and 
 the glass product has a grain size of less than 100 nanometers (nm). 
 
     
     
         14 . The glass product according to  claim 13 , wherein the grain size is less than 40 nm. 
     
     
         15 . The glass product according to  claim 13 , wherein a main crystal phase of the glass product comprises at least one of quartz, lithium silicate, or petalite. 
     
     
         16 . The glass product according to  claim 13 , further comprising a colorant. 
     
     
         17 . A glass cover plate, comprising the microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         18 . A glass cover plate, comprising the microcrystalline glass according to  claim 8 . 
     
     
         19 . An electronic device, comprising the microcrystalline glass product according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         20 . An electronic device, comprising the microcrystalline glass according to  claim 8 .
