Abstract

“Systems and methods for creating a location-based gamified application configured to be played by one or more player units on a playground are disclosed. The system comprising one or more player units configured to execute and play the gamified application and a location-based mobile game application configured to track and supervise the creation of the location-based gamified application. The system further comprises a gaming content module configured to store a plurality of contents of different media required for creation of the gamified application and a database storing a plurality of customization and relocation tools, wherein the tools are organized in a plurality of hierarchical templates. The location-based gamified application may be created as a relocatable location-based gamified application which can be customized automatically or manually for a plurality of playing sites and players.”

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A modular system for creating a location-based gamified application, the system comprising:
 one or more player units;   an application configured to track and supervise the creation of the location-based gamified application;   a gaming content module; and   a database storing a plurality of customization and relocation tools;
       characterized in that:
the location-based gamified application may be created as a relocatable location-based gamified application, which can be customized automatically or manually for a plurality of playing geographical sites and players; and
the location-based gamified application, the gaming content module and the database may be configured on a cloud server and connected to the player units through a network.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein each player unit is equipped with a mobile device, configured to execute and play the gamified application.

3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the gaming content module is configured to store a plurality of contents of different media, such as videos, still images, XR, sound effects, music, narration, and text, required for the creation of the gamified application.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the customization and relocation tools of the database are organized in a plurality of hierarchical templates.

5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of hierarchical templates includes a Generic Gaming Core template for creating a basic skeleton of the gamified application.

6 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of hierarchical templates includes a Setup Design template for incorporating a relocation component into the Generic Gaming Core corresponding to a specific location and environment.

7 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of hierarchical templates includes a User Customization template for enhancing the gamified application experience.

8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of customization and relocation tools comprises:
a Generic Gaming Core template for creating a basic skeleton of the gamified application; a Setup Design template for incorporating a relocation component into the Generic Gaming Core corresponding to a specific location and environment; and a User Customization template for enhancing the gamified application experience.

9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the location-based gamified application, the gaming content module, and the database may be configured on a centralized system or multiple distributed systems interconnected through the network.

10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the Generic Gaming Core template comprises one or more of a gamified application outline and a pool of raw modules.

11 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the Setup Design template comprises one or more of configuration parameters of the raw modules and the players, environmental customization templates, maps, ground plans, and environmental parameters.

12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the User Customization template comprises one or more of personalized customization templates and interactive parameters.

13 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the Setup Design transforms the raw modules of the Generic Gaming Core into a set of location-based modules (LBMs) which serve as segments of the gamified application.

14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the location-based modules (LBMs) are configured to perform one or more of the roles, comprising:
a gaming segment, wherein the gaming segment is configured for communicating gamified application contents and interacting with the players; a customization agent, wherein the customization agent is configured for collecting one or more player's parameters; and an administration agent, wherein the administration agent is configured for communicating, synchronizing, interfacing, and coordinating between the players, the network, and a monitoring unit.

15 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the location-based modules (LBMs) are mapped over the gameplay terrain by one of:
automatically by the gaming application; by the monitoring unit; or manually by one of the players.

16 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the location-based modules (LBMs) are not predetermined but generated by the relocation hierarchical tools of the application in an interactive time, then mapped, and interconnected by augmented reality chalk marks (ARCMs) on the playground forming an overall gameplay structure.

17 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the location-based gamified application is created on the cloud server.

18 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the monitoring unit is configured for supervising the gamified application while being played by the players and connected to the gamified application hosted on the cloud server through the network.
