Claims

Abstract

A sidewall-punctured heated tobacco product ( 9 ), comprising a tobacco section ( 1 ) and a functional mouthpiece rod section ( 3 ). A vapor extraction section ( 2 ) is provided between the tobacco section ( 1 ) and the functional mouthpiece rod section ( 3 ). The tobacco section ( 1 ), the vapor extraction section ( 2 ), and the functional mouthpiece rod section ( 3 ) are wrapped and connected together by means of external wrapping and tipping materials. The vapor extraction section ( 2 ) is a cylinder comprising a hollow structure ( 2 - 1 ), and at least one sidewall through hole ( 2 - 2 ) communicated with the hollow structure ( 2 - 1 ) is formed on the sidewall of the cylinder. In use, the tobacco product ( 9 ) is inserted into a closed heating smoking set, and during vaping, vapor generated by the tobacco section ( 1 ) is mixed, after active migration, with air entering from the sidewall through hole ( 2 - 2 ) to form mainstream vapor. The tobacco product ( 9 ) can conveniently adjust the extraction efficiency, dilution rate, and temperature of vapor, thereby improving the organoleptic qualities of the heated tobacco product ( 9 ), and can effectively prevent cold air from passing through the tobacco section ( 1 ) during a vaping process, thus improving the heating efficiency, and effectively reducing the content of oxygen of the tobacco section ( 1 ) to achieve a heat-not-burn purpose. In addition, the tobacco product ( 9 ) is simple in structure and easy for industrial production.

1 . A heated tobacco product with a perforated sidewall, comprising a tobacco section ( 1 ) and a functional tip section ( 3 ), characterized in that,
 a smoke extracting section ( 2 ) is arranged between said tobacco section ( 1 ) and said functional tip section ( 3 ),   the tobacco section ( 1 ), the smoke extracting section ( 2 ) and the functional tip section ( 3 ) are wrapped and connected together by an external rolling material,   said smoke extracting section is a cylinder with a cavity structure ( 2 - 1 ), at least one sidewall through hole ( 2 - 2 ) communicated with the cavity structure ( 2 - 1 ) is opened on a side wall of the cylinder, and a coaxial through hole ( 4 - 1 ) is provided on the external rolling material ( 4 ) at a position corresponding to the sidewall through hole ( 2 - 2 ).   
     
     
         2 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, said cavity structure ( 2 - 1 ) has a through column structure, and the section of the through column structure has a regular shape or an irregular shape such as circular, regular hexagon, hexagon, pentagon, heart shape, and so on. 
     
     
         3 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, said cavity structure ( 2 - 1 ) has an annular platform typed through cavity formed by sections with different diameters. 
     
     
         4 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, said cavity structure ( 2 - 1 ) is composed of a plurality of channels evenly distributed penetrating in an axial direction, and the number and the diameter of the channels can be adjusted according to the need. 
     
     
         5 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, the included angle α between the sidewall through hole ( 2 - 2 ) and the central axis of the cavity structure ( 2 - 1 ) is 90°-150°. 
     
     
         6 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, the diameter of said coaxial through hole ( 4 - 1 ) is not smaller than that of the sidewall through hole ( 2 - 2 ). 
     
     
         7 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, the tobacco section ( 1 ) is formed by tobacco raw materials in various forms or other smoking substrates wrapped with the cigarette paper; the tobacco raw material is a tobacco substance being composed of a certain formula, which can be in the forms of sheet, filament, granule, shaped rod, porous rod or gel; the cigarette paper is made of an airtight material or a material with controllable air-permeability. 
     
     
         8 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, said smoke extraction section ( 2 ) is made of a hard material with a certain hardness, including metal, PEEK, polytetrafluoroethylene, organic glass, acetate fiber, a paper-based material and the like. 
     
     
         9 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, the heated tobacco product is a heat-not-burn tobacco product. 
     
     
         10 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in that, said heating tobacco product ( 9 ) is used in conjunction with a closed tobacco heating appliance, said closed tobacco heating appliance is composed of a heating cavity ( 6 ) and a sealing structure, said heating cavity ( 6 ) has a cylindrical cavity structure, the heating mode thereof can be either circumferential heating or inner core heating, and the heating device partially or completely covers the entire tobacco section. 
     
     
         11 . The heated tobacco product with the perforated sidewall as claimed in  claim 8 , characterized in that, said heating tobacco product ( 9 ) is used in conjunction with a closed tobacco heating appliance, said closed tobacco heating appliance is composed of a heating cavity ( 6 ) and a sealing structure, said heating cavity ( 6 ) has a cylindrical cavity structure, the heating mode thereof can be either circumferential heating or inner core heating, and the heating device partially or completely covers the entire tobacco section.
