Abstract

Disclosed is a one-touch tent that can prevent a safety accident of a user by adjusting the rotating speed of a pole member about a reference body in the process of folding or unfolding the pole member, in which the one-touch tent includes a reference body provided therein with an elastic member that is vertically stretchable, an elevating body inserted into the reference body and elevated so that the elastic member is stretched and contracted, a speed adjusting member having an upper portion connected to the reference body and a lower portion connected to the elevating body to adjust an elevating speed of the elevating body; pole members rotatably fastened to the reference body and rotating to unfold or fold a tent curtain, and a link having an upper portion rotatably coupled to the pole member and a lower portion rotatably coupled to the elevating body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A one-touch tent comprising:
a reference body ( 100 ) configured in a pipe shape provided therein with an elastic member ( 110 ) that is stretchable in a vertical direction; an elevating body ( 200 ) that is inserted into the reference body ( 100 ) and elevated so that the elastic member ( 110 ) is stretched and contracted; a speed adjusting member ( 300 ) having an upper portion connected to the reference body ( 100 ) and a lower portion connected to the elevating body ( 200 ) to adjust an elevating speed of the elevating body ( 200 ); a plurality of pole members ( 400 ) rotatably fastened to the reference body ( 100 ) in a radial direction and rotating to unfold or fold a tent curtain ( 410 ); and a link ( 500 ) having an upper portion rotatably coupled to the pole member ( 400 ) and a lower portion rotatably coupled to the elevating body ( 200 ).

         2 . The one-touch tent of claim 1 , wherein the speed adjusting member ( 300 ) is a pneumatic cylinder including; a body ( 310 ) coupled to the elevating body ( 200 ); and a rod ( 320 ) coupled to the reference body ( 100 ) such that the rod is stretched into and contacted from the body ( 310 ).

3 . The one-touch tent of claim 2 , wherein the speed adjusting member ( 300 ) further includes a connection member ( 330 ) coupled to at least one of the reference body ( 100 ) or the elevating body ( 200 ), and
the connection member ( 330 ) includes: a pair of first flanges 331 extending from an outer surface of the rod ( 320 ) as well as from the body ( 310 ); and a pair of second flanges ( 333 ) inserted through the rod 320 as well as the body ( 310 ) such that the second flanges ( 333 ) are movable in a longitudinal direction of the rod ( 320 ), in which the second flanges ( 333 ) are fastened to the pair of first flanges ( 331 ) through a fastening device (P) passing through the first flanges ( 331 ), respectively.

4 . The one-touch tent of claim 3 , wherein the first flange ( 331 ) and the second flange ( 333 ) are pressed such that an outer surface of at least one of the reference body ( 100 ) or the elevating body ( 200 ) is caught between the first flange ( 331 ) and the second flange ( 333 ) so that the speed adjusting member ( 300 ) is detachably attached.
