Abstract

Disclosed is an air heating apparatus including an expansion tank that preserves water, a water heater that receives heat from a combustion gas generated through a combustion reaction and heat the water, a heating heat exchanger that receives the water heated by the water heater and exchanges heat with air that is to be discharged for heating, a fan that sends the air to the heating heat exchanger, and a main passage connecting the expansion tank, the water heater, and the heating heat exchanger. The main passage includes a first part that is a part extending downwards from the expansion tank, and a second part communicated with the first part and the expansion tank, extending from the expansion tank, and one end of which extends upwards to be connected to the water heater.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An air heating apparatus comprising:
 an expansion tank configured to preserve water;   a water heater configured to receive heat from a combustion gas generated through a combustion reaction and heat the water;   a heating heat exchanger configured to receive the water heated by the water heater and exchange heat with air that is to be discharged for heating;   a fan configured to send the air to the heating heat exchanger; and   a main passage connecting the expansion tank, the water heater, and the heating heat exchanger,   wherein the main passage includes:   a first part that is a part extending downwards from the expansion tank; and   a second part communicated with the first part and the expansion tank, extending from the expansion tank, and one end of which extends upwards to be connected to the water heater.   
     
     
         2 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the main passage further includes:
 a water discharge part connected to a lower side of the first part and communicating the first part and an outside of the first part; and   a water discharge valve configured to open and close the water discharge part.   
     
     
         3 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a filter part disposed in the first part and configured to filter water that passes through the first part.   
     
     
         4 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a pump part disposed in the second part and configured to pump water that passes through the second part to the water heater.   
     
     
         5 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a recovery passage connecting the heating heat exchanger and the first part to guide the water introduced into the heating heat exchanger to the first part.   
     
     
         6 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 5 , wherein the water discharge part is disposed on a lower side of a connection point of the first part and the recovery passage. 
     
     
         7 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the expansion tank has a pipe-shaped through-hole extending upwards and downwards, and
 wherein the second part passes through the through-hole.   
     
     
         8 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a case, in which the expansion tank, the water heater, the heating heat exchanger, the fan, and the main passage are included in an interior thereof,   wherein the case includes:   an outer box having a first opening in a reference direction that is one direction that is perpendicular to an upward/downward direction; and   a first opening cover coupled to the outer box, and covering the first opening when being coupled to the outer box.   
     
     
         9 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 a condensate discharge pipe connected to the water heater and configured to discharge condensate generated by the heat exchanger,   wherein one condensate discharge hole is formed on each of side walls in opposite directions that are perpendicular to the upward/downward direction of the case and the reference direction, and   wherein the condensate discharge pipe passes through any one of the pair of condensate discharge holes.   
     
     
         10 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 a water introducing pipe connecting the expansion tank and a water source on an outside of the case to introduce water on the outside of the case into the expansion tank,   wherein one introduction hole is formed on each of side walls in opposite directions that are perpendicular to the upward/downward direction of the case and the reference direction, and   wherein the water introducing pipe passes through any one of the pair of introduction holes of the case.   
     
     
         11 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 8 , wherein the case further includes:
 a first partition wall coupled to the outer box, and extending along the reference direction to divide an interior of the outer box to a first division space and a second division space.   
     
     
         12 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein the main passage passes through the first partition wall. 
     
     
         13 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 12 , wherein a main passage packing configured to maintain a sealing state of a portion of the first partition wall, through which the main passage passes, is provided at the portion of the first partition wall, through which the main passage passes. 
     
     
         14 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a condensate discharge pipe connected to the water heater and configured to discharge condensate generated by the heat exchanger,   wherein the condensate discharge pipe passes through the first partition wall.   
     
     
         15 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 14 , further comprising:
 a condensate packing configured to maintain a sealing state of a portion of the first partition wall, through which the condensate discharge pipe passes, is disposed at the portion of the first partition wall, through which the condensate discharge pipe passes.   
     
     
         16 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a recovery passage connecting the heating heat exchanger and the first part to guide the water introduced into the heating heat exchanger to the first part,   wherein the recovery passage passes through the first partition wall.   
     
     
         17 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the main passage further includes:
 a first adapter connecting an upper end of the second part and the water heater.   
     
     
         18 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a case, in which the water heater, the expansion tank, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are disposed in an interior thereof; and   a recovery passage connecting the heating heat exchanger and the first part to guide the water introduced into the heating heat exchanger to the first part,   wherein the case includes:   an outer box; and   a first partition wall coupled to the outer box, and extending along a reference direction to divide an interior of the outer box to a first division space and a second division space,   wherein the first part connects the expansion tank, the water heater, and the heating heat exchanger,   wherein the recovery passage includes:   an upper part located on an upper side of the first partition wall;   a lower part located on a lower side of the first partition wall; and   a second adapter passing through the first partition wall, and connecting the upper part and the lower part,   
     
     
         19 . The air heating apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a case, in which the water heater, the expansion tank, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are disposed in an interior thereof; and   a fuel introducing pipe connecting the water heater and a fuel tank on an outside of the case to introduce a fuel on the outside of the case into the water heater,   wherein one fuel introducing hole is formed in each of side walls in opposite directions that are perpendicular to an upward/downward direction of the case and a reference direction that is one direction that is perpendicular to the upward/downward direction, and   wherein the fuel introducing pipe passes any one of the pair of fuel introducing holes of the case.   
     
     
         20 . A method for disassembling an air heating apparatus, the method comprising:
 a cover separating operation of separating a first opening cover of a case of the air heating apparatus;   a tank water discharging operation of discharging water in an expansion tank of the air heating apparatus;   a third partition wall separating operation of separating a third partition wall, to which the expansion tank is coupled, from an outer box of the case,   wherein the air heating apparatus includes:   an expansion tank configured to preserve water;   a water heater configured to receive heat from a combustion gas generated through a combustion reaction and heat the water;   a heating heat exchanger configured to receive the water heated by the water heater and exchange heat with air that is to be discharged for heating;   a fan configured to send the air to the heating heat exchanger; and   a case, in which the water heater, the expansion tank, the heating heat exchanger, and the fan are disposed in an interior thereof,   wherein the case includes:   the outer box having a first opening in a reference direction that is one direction that is perpendicular to an upward/downward direction;   a first opening cover coupled to the outer box and covering the first opening when being coupled to the outer box;   a first partition wall coupled to the outer box, and extending along the reference direction to divide an interior of the outer box to a first division space and a second division space;   a second partition wall disposed in the interior of the outer box to be perpendicular to the first partition wall to divide the first division space to a (1-1)-th division space and a (1-2)-th division space; and   a third partition wall disposed in an interior of the outer box to be perpendicular to the first partition wall, dividing the first division space to a (2-1)-th division space and a (2-2)-th division space, and to which the heat exchanger is coupled in the reference direction thereof.   
     
     
         21 . The method of  claim 20 , wherein the air heating apparatus includes a main passage connecting the expansion tank, the water heater, and the heating heat exchanger,
 wherein the main passage further includes:   a first part that is a part extending downwards from the expansion tank; and   a second part communicated with the first part and the expansion tank, extending from the expansion tank, and one end of which extends upwards to be connected to the water heater;   a water discharge part connected to a lower side of the first part and communicating the first part and an outside of the first part; and   a water discharge valve configured to open and close the water discharge part,   wherein the tank water discharging operation includes:   a water discharge part opening operation of opening the water discharge part by operating the water discharge valve; and   a tank water draining operation of discharging the water in the expansion tank through the water discharge part.   
     
     
         22 . The method of  claim 21 , wherein the air heating apparatus includes:
 a recovery passage connecting the heating heat exchanger and the first part to guide the water introduced into the heating heat exchanger to the first part; and   a condensate discharge pipe connected to the water heater to discharge condensate generated by the heat exchanger, passing through the first partition wall, and an upper end end of which is coupled to a condensate receiver to be separable,   wherein the main passage further includes:   a first adapter connecting an upper end of the second part and the water heater,   wherein the recovery passage includes:   an upper part located on an upper side of the first partition wall;   a lower part located on a lower side of the first partition wall; and   a second adapter passing through the first partition wall, and connecting the upper part and the lower part,   wherein the method further comprises: a main passage separating operation of separating the second part and the first adapter and separating the main passage from the first partition wall;   a recovery passage separating operation of separating the second adapter and the lower part and separating the recovery passage from the first partition wall; and   a condensate discharge pipe separating operation of separating the condensate receiver and the condensate discharge pipe and separating the condensate discharge pipe from the first partition wall, and   wherein the main passage separating operation, the recovery passage separating operation, and the condensate discharging part separating operation are performed before the third partition wall separating operation.
