Abstract
A vaporizer for vaporizing an aerosol-forming substrate includes: a vent tube having a first tube section and a second tube section in communication with the first tube section, the first tube section being adjacent to an air outlet of the vaporizer. An inner wall surface of the second tube section forms an expanding channel. The expanding channel gradually expands away from the first tube section.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A vaporizer for vaporizing an aerosol-forming substrate, comprising:
a vent tube comprising a first tube section and a second tube section in communication with the first tube section, the first tube section being adjacent to an air outlet of the vaporizer, wherein an inner wall surface of the second tube section forms an expanding channel, and wherein the expanding channel gradually expands away from the first tube section.
2 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein the inner wall surface of the second tube section comprises a streamline arcuate surface.
3 . The vaporizer of claim 2 , wherein the streamline arcuate surface is uniformly transitioned.
4 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein the vent tube further comprises a third tube section connected to an end of the second tube section away from the first tube section, and
wherein the third tube section is in communication with the second tube section.
5 . The vaporizer of claim 4 , wherein a smooth transition is realized between the first tube section and the second tube section and/or between the second tube section and the third tube section.
6 . The vaporizer of claim 4 , wherein the first tube section, the second tube section, and the third tube section are connected as one piece.
7 . The vaporizer of claim 4 , wherein the first tube section, the second tube section, and the third tube section are coaxial with each other.
8 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein an inner diameter of the second tube section is greater than an inner diameter of the first tube section, and
wherein the inner diameter of the first tube section is less than or equal to a minimum inner diameter of the second tube section.
9 . The vaporizer of claim 4 , wherein an inner diameter of the third tube section is greater than or equal to a maximum inner diameter of the second tube section.
10 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein a minimum inner diameter of the second tube section is in a range of 2.5-3.5 mm.
11 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein a maximum inner diameter of the second tube section is in a range of 4-6 mm.
12 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein a height of the second tube section is in a range of 5-25 mm.
13 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein a wall thickness of the vent tube is uniform.
14 . The vaporizer of claim 4 , further comprising:
a vaporization assembly arranged in the third tube section.
15 . The vaporizer of claim 14 , wherein the vaporization assembly comprises a cylindrical heating element,
wherein an outer surface of the heating element is attached to an inner wall surface of the third tube section, and wherein a central through hole of the heating element is in communication with the second tube section.
16 . The vaporizer of claim 14 , wherein the vaporization assembly comprises a heating element and a liquid guide member,
wherein the liquid guide member is cylindrical, and an outer surface of the liquid guide member is attached to an inner wall surface of the third tube section, and wherein the heating element is cylindrical, an outer surface of the heating element is attached to an inner wall surface of the liquid guide member, and a central through hole of the heating element is in communication with the second tube section.
17 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , further comprising:
a housing, wherein the vent tube is arranged in the housing, and wherein a liquid storage cavity is formed between an outer wall surface of the vent tube and an inner wall surface of the housing.
18 . The vaporizer of claim 17 , wherein a capacity of the liquid storage cavity is in a range of 0.5-1.5 ml.
19 . The vaporizer of claim 17 , further comprising:
a mouthpiece assembly hermetically blocking an upper opening of the liquid storage cavity, wherein the mouthpiece assembly comprises an air outlet channel, wherein an upper end of the first tube section is embedded in the mouthpiece assembly and in communication with the air outlet channel, and wherein the air outlet is arranged on the air outlet channel.
20 . A vaporization device, comprising:
