Abstract
A convenient container structure, which at least comprises a container body and a sealing film. The container body has at least one a containing space for placing food, at least one opening configured according to the containing space, and a sealing edge formed by extending the opening edge outward horizontally. The sealing film has an adhesive layer configured above the opening to cover the containing space, a first adhesive layer configured on the bottom face of the right-side edge of the adhesive layer to be attached to the sealing edge, and a second adhesive layer configured on the bottom face of the left-side edge of the adhesive layer to be attached to the sealing edge.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A convenient container structure, comprising
a convenient container structure ( 100 ) has at least one container body ( 1 ) and one sealing film ( 2 ); wherein the container body ( 1 ) has at least one containing space ( 11 ) for placing food ( 200 ), at least one opening ( 12 ) configured according to the containing space ( 11 ), and one sealing edge ( 13 ) formed by extending an edge of the opening ( 12 ) outward horizontally; the sealing film ( 2 ) has an adhesive layer ( 21 ) configured above the opening ( 12 ) and covering the containing space ( 11 ), a first adhesive layer ( 22 ) configured on a bottom face of a right-side edge of the adhesive layer ( 21 ) and attached to the corresponding sealing edge ( 13 ), and a second adhesive layer ( 23 ) configured on a bottom face of a left-side edge of the adhesive layer ( 21 ) and attached to the corresponding sealing edge ( 13 ); and as for a front side edge and a rear side edge of the adhesive layer ( 21 ) of the sealing film ( 2 ), an open seam part ( 10 ) is respectively formed between the bottom faces of the first adhesive layer ( 22 ), the second adhesive layer ( 23 ), and the corresponding part of the sealing edge ( 13 ).
2 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 1 , wherein the proportion between the widths of the first adhesive layer ( 22 ) and the second adhesive layer ( 23 ) and the widths of the corresponding sealing edges ( 13 ) ranges from 5% to 100%.
3 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 2 , wherein the right-side edge and left-side edge of the adhesive layer ( 21 ) corresponding to the first adhesive layer ( 22 ) and the second adhesive layer ( 23 ) are respectively extended outward to forma lateral wing part ( 24 ).
4 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 3 , where in the first adhesive layer ( 22 ) and second adhesive layer ( 23 ) are configured in the shape of a long bar or a curve.
5 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 4 , wherein the sealing film ( 2 ) is respectively configured with an edge binding part ( 25 ) at the front side edge and rear side edge without configuration of the first adhesive layer ( 22 ) and the second adhesive layer ( 23 ), and the edge binding part ( 25 ) can be folded downward to hide the corresponding sealing edge ( 13 ).
6 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 5 , wherein the free end of the edge binding part ( 25 ) is further formed with an elongated part ( 27 ), and the elongated part ( 27 ) can touch the corresponding outer wall of the container body ( 1 ).
7 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 5 , wherein the sealing film ( 2 ) also includes indicating parts ( 26 ) respectively configured on the adhesive layer ( 21 ) at intervals, and corresponding to the top faces of the right-side and left-side edges of the two free ends of the first adhesive layer ( 22 ) and the second adhesive layer ( 23 ), the indicating parts ( 26 ) being provided for the user to recognize the positions of the first adhesive layer ( 22 ) and the second adhesive layer ( 23 ).
8 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 1 , wherein the sealing film ( 2 ) is selected from any of PE film, PP film, AP film, ES film, PET ES film, GPE film and paper film, or any combination thereof.
9 . The convenient container structure defined in claim 8 , wherein the container body ( 1 ) is made of any of plastics, paper, wood chips, aluminum foils or any combination thereof.Cited by (0)
