Beverage Container Securement System
Abstract
A beverage container securement system for holding a beverage container within a cooler includes a cooler having a perimeter wall defining an interior space, a plurality of beverage containers, and a holding member. The holding member is constructed of a resiliently compressible and resiliently stretchable material. Each of a plurality of holes in the holding member can receive an associated beverage container of the plurality of beverage containers therethrough such that the associated beverage container is compressibly secured within the hole. The holding member is positionable within the cooler.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A beverage container securement system comprising:
a cooler having a perimeter wall defining an interior space; a plurality of beverage containers; a holding member, said holding member being constructed of a resiliently compressible and resiliently stretchable material, said holding member having a top side and a bottom side, said holding member having a perimeter surface extending between said top side and said bottom side, said holding member being positionable within said interior space, a distance between a pair of opposing portions of said perimeter surface when said holding member is at rest being greater than a distance between a pair of opposing interior surfaces of said perimeter wall of said cooler, said holding member being positionable in a use position wherein said pair of opposing interior surfaces of said perimeter wall of said cooler compressively secure said holding member therebetween; and a plurality of holes extending through said top side and said bottom side of said holding member, each said hole being capable of receiving an associated beverage container of said plurality of beverage containers therethrough such that said associated beverage container is compressively secured within said hole.
2 . (canceled)
3 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said top side and said bottom side being rectangular, said perimeter surface having a pair of first opposing sides and a pair of second opposing sides, each said first opposing side being longer than each said second opposing side, a distance between said pair of second opposing sides when said holding member is at rest being greater than said distance between said pair of opposing interior surfaces of said perimeter wall of said cooler, each second opposing side of said pair of second opposing sides abutting an associated opposing interior surface of said pair of opposing interior surfaces when said holding member is positioned in said use position.
4 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said plurality of comprising twelve holes.
5 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said plurality of holes being positioned in rows and columns, said columns being perpendicular to said rows.
6 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said top side and said bottom side being rectangular.
7 . The device of claim 6 , further comprising each of a plurality of corners between each said first opposing side and each said second opposing side being rounded.
8 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising said holding member being constructed of a polymer foam.
9 . A beverage container securement system comprising:
a cooler having a perimeter wall defining an interior space; a plurality of beverage containers; a holding member, said holding member being constructed of a resiliently compressible and resiliently stretchable material, said holding member having a top side and a bottom side, said holding member having a perimeter surface extending between said top side and said bottom side, said top side and said bottom side being rectangular, said perimeter surface having a pair of first opposing sides and a pair of second opposing sides, each of a plurality of corners between each said first opposing side and each said second opposing side being rounded, each said first opposing side being longer than each said second opposing a distance between said pair of second opposing sides when said holding member is at rest being greater than said distance between said pair of opposing interior surfaces of said perimeter wall of said cooler, each second opposing side of said pair of second opposing sides abutting an associated opposing interior surface of said pair of opposing interior surfaces when said holding member is positioned in said use position; and a plurality of holes extending through said top side and said bottom side of said holding member, each said hole being capable of receiving an associated beverage container of said plurality—of beverage containers therethrough such that said associated beverage container is compressively secured within said hole, said plurality of holes comprising twelve holes, said plurality of holes being evenly spaced in three rows and four columns, each said row being parallel to each said first opposing side, each said column being parallel to each said second opposing side.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
